Sat 15 minutes while our waitress walked past us multiple times never said a word. Kept going to the big table next to us. Then when she finally did take our order people who showed up after us got their drinks and appetizer first. When we got our appetizer we didn't get any silverware said she would be back with it, had to ask someone else for some. Then when we said we were ready for a ticket waited again. Once we finally got the ticket we had to wait even longer for her to come back and take our payment. Very poor service!! Easily the worst I have ever experienced anywhere around here. 1 hour and 45 minutes in that place for 2 burgers fries chicken sandwich and an appetizer which all came within 5 minutes of each other.
The service here has been great for us, but the food leaves a lot to be desired. Food served on cold plates with warm-ish food. Tasty enough sometimes, but... meh. Prices aren't too bad but I think, in this case, you get what you pay for. The decent prices are probably the only reason to eat here instead of other restaurants in Spearfish.
Server was not very friendly, neither was host. 25 minutes after ordering food, they told us they were out of riblets so then we had to wait another 20 minutes for the rest of our food. Quesadillas were rushed and not made well. Burger was supposed to be medium, came out well done. Table next to us waited 30 minutes to get their drinks, asked for them a couple times. Never usually an issue when we come here but this was really not a good visit at all. Gave an extra star for the 2 good visits in the past. I will add that I think the server was very overwhelmed and was just having a bad shift. The manager needed to step in and help her out. She was slammed and had a couple big tables

Delicious food, great service! I got a large pick up order late at night right before closing time and ordered the wrong item for someone. They corrected it for me, getting me the item I meant to order quickly and politely. Awesome staff! Fresh and delicious food! Thank you!!
came in for my 21st birthday and my partner and i tried the ‘shark bowl’ margarita and the ‘white peach sangria’, so good. food was fast and delicious and our server was amazing! i love the prices here and the atmosphere. i’m a local so i’ll def be coming here more :)
The hostess was not welcoming. She almost acted annoyed of having customers. She was rude. Food was poor. steak was basically raw, very stingy with with Alfredo sauce it was like eating pasta and broccoli (did not come with a breadstick although the menu stated it did. Waited for a lengthy period of time to get our check to go.
Im not actually from SD and expected a meh experience because of the Applebee's near where I'm from, but I was very pleasantly surprised by not only the amazing service but also the food quality. The waiter was really attentive and polite, very easy to talk to especially as someone with bad social anxiety like myself, other waiters also visited the table to make sure everything was good. The place itself was also good, clean and comfortable. The food was great although my steak was cooked longer than I asked but it was still amazing so it's chill. Highly recommend.
