I ordered the chicken fajita wrap. It was an excellent veggie wrap with great flavor. However, I could not find the chicken. I did tell the waitress when she checked on us. I am so glad she asked. The manager came and spoke with me. They provided the BEST grilled chicken breast I have ever had. The bonus, now I know I can order it as a side! This will really help me stay on my healthy eating plan. It will also make Applebee's a regular dining choice.
What could have been a disappointment has become a positive and created brand loyalty based on the service in Lebanon, MO.
Went in to cash in my veterans day gift cards. The hostess sat me right away for the party size i had. The servers there were very friendly and only presented kindness to my table. They offered suggestions of what a better meal deal would be and made sure to check on my table regularly. The food came our perfect and was decent size for the price.
We came to Lebanon from Texas to visit family. We stopped in today, right after the parade, for a late lunch. The spinach & artichoke dip was great. Our party of three ordered the 2 for $22. The food was fresh and tasted great. I would also like to say our server, Erica T, was training another employee. They both provided wonderful service to our party. Erica was also doing an excellent job communicating with her trainee!
Our server was doing everything almost by himself and rocking it. Salad bar was good and clean. We had steak and shrimp. Both steaks were close to needing sauce for them. The stuffed shrimp were good.
We eat Applebee's a few times a month. We've yet to be disappointed. This time we splurged and got a couple of their $6 drinks. So worth it! The Bahama Mama was so delicious as well as the Long Island Iced Tea. The food was perfection. Our server was fantastic! We were also given the opportunity to donate to our local veteran foundation. Did that! Can't go wrong eating at this location! Can't wait to see ya'll again soon!
Wanted to say a big Thank You to the whole staff in Lebanon MO for their free meals for Veterans Day. They had the whole restaurant decorated, a big menu for the veterans. If you have never been on and have a veteran I highly recommend it. Amazing job
Had a waitress that was really rude would not wait for us to look at the menu she keep asking what we wanted to drink and told her more then one time we just sat down and had not had time to look and see what we wanted to drink. Finally figured out what we wanted to drink then wanted an appetizer gave that to her it came out cold and are food order came out right after asked for mayo she brought spicy ranch asked to speak to the manager and the manager did not care and the waitress was stilling other waitresses tips will never go back
Update: Service is a Hit & Miss! Server was Too Busy trying to Act Important & Tell other Servers how to do their jobs, instead of handling her Own Job! There was a Manager there, so her Input was Not Needed! She is Always in other servers business and our server was outly Irritated telling us about it! Food was good, but needed to be reheated because it was Not Hot at ALL! Also, had something (bug) in my Salad that they Replaced!
Then, we were worried about what was in our food!
January 30, 2024 Evening*Update* NOT good Service this time! Waitress was Very Dismissive and didn't handle Customers Very Well! Several people were Irritated because she was Too Busy at the Bar talking with other employees! And, Bragging about how much she makes! Needs to be doing her Actual Job! Food was Decent, but Service was NOT!
*My husband & I had the Chicken & Shrimp dinner which was Delicious! Nice, Clean Restaurant with a Nice Atmosphere! Lots of different foods to choose from...
