Great supper. Probably best we’ve had there. Maddo was a great server. Food was awesome. Will definitely be back again.
The restaurant was very understaffed. Our waiter was running around trying to do everything. There were a lot of people who came in that were not seated and wound up leaving because they didn't have enough waiters. The food was mediocre, the spinach dip with tortilla chips was not great. The tortilla chips tasted like they had been fried in very old oil. I asked for my hamburger to be well done and it came medium at best. It was all pink inside. I didn't ask for a new one because it had taken so long for us to get our food. This was not a great experience. I've been to Applebee's before and it's been much better. This one just needs to hire more people.
Service wasn’t bad, but the waiter had no personality. Could be due to being understaffed. The pretzel beer cheese appetizer is really good, the rest of the meal wasn’t that great. I recommend saving your money and going elsewhere, there are plenty of better options in the area with staff that have personality.
As a veteran, I greatly appreciate Applebee's support on Veterans day. However, as a customer on that day I was disappointed in the quality of food. The steak was cooked properly, but had no seasoning and had tough spots running through it. The broccoli again had no seasoning. The potatoes were pretty good.
Service and atmosphere were good considering the crowded day.
I've been to this Applebee's in the past but this experience was a total bust.. Starting with the seat in the booth having a split that was more a crater which was right where one would sit. Then the significant wait for the waiter to actually show up to take out drink order. When our food arrived it was about 50% room temperature and the other 50% was actually cold. The staff were friendly and polite enough, but overall service was lacking. Not sure we will give them another shot with so many options on that particular strip of road. Hopefully they get their act together before a for sale shows up in front of the resturant.
My daughter and I visited this location after the Magic City Classic, Shauna was our server, and she was amazing. She was very attentive. Constantly checking on us. We enjoyed the food and drinks, and we will definitely be back.
Concert crowd was there. They were slammed. Our food was cold and not cooked . Hostess was nice and did their best to accommodate. They really did try.
Terrible location! Shut it down! I always have a bad experience when i come to this location. I always tell myself I’m never coming back but always find myself back there. This time topped it off. My boneless chicken nuggets was cold so I asked for some fresh ones they literally put them in the microwave and sent them right back to me instead of making fresh ones. That did it for me. Me and my family got up and left. We will continue to go to the one on 280 smh!
