I have always had outstanding experiences at this location. The food, service, dining atmosphere and portion sizes have always been spot on. Two of our favorite entrees are the Bourbon Street Chicken & Shrimp and also the Bourbon Street Steak. Both entrees always taste outstanding, and we leave feeling full. The best appetizer is the onion rings because it can split amongst two people. The general manager, Tiffany is does an outstanding job at taking care of the guests including myself!
Everyone up front is great except for the bartender who steals food from take out for her customers and causes full grub hub orders to get cold and make the drivers lose their tips and have to come back to replace it. But knowing the cook I'm guessing she was probably waiting all night for it. 11/25 7pm. Cheyenne and Brooks made it right though in the end
Came here on a holiday for lunch and it was really quiet so we got seated in no time. Our server was great- he was cracking jokes and made up for the quiet atmosphere of the restaurant. Got the two orders of the two for $25 (which is a great deal must I say).
For appetizers, we got the spinach dip and onion rings. Both were huge in size and we were almost full off of these haha. Spinach dip was really good, but the chips accompanying them were too salty unfortunately. The onion rings were big and crunchy, really good. For entrees, we got the classic cheeseburger, bourbon chicken and shrimp, and four cheese mac and cheese with honey pepper chicken. The cheeseburgers were super solid cheeseburgers: the meat was cooked nicely, it was juicy, had a good amount of veggies on there- overall a really simple, yet good burger. The mac and cheese was unfortunately not as good. The chicken was well cooked but the pasta did not have any flavouring and all its flavouring really came from the sweet chicken. The bourbon chicken and shrimp was also solid, the chicken was slightly overcooked but the taste was there nonetheless.
Overall, this place has always been pretty consistent and affordable and the service made the experience even better!
My fiance and I had went in on the 17th for her birthday dinner. She told the waitress multiple times she cannot have pineapple while she was finding a drink to order. After going through the drinks and telling our waitress 4 times “I am allergic to pineapple cannot have it at all” our waitress lets my fiancé order a drink with pineapple in it without warning (the specialty drinks do not show ingredients and waitress claimed no pineapple in it) later that night my fiancé started to break out into hives and itch badly. The carelessness of that waitress could have genuinely killed my fiancé. Then we go on the 23rd for my birthday. After again repeatedly going over drinks and mentioning she is allergic to pineapple with the waitress she decides and orders. Once her drink got to the table and she touched the cup her hand started turning red hot and itchy (allergic reaction to the careless of the waitress not washing hands after touching pineapple then touching a glass) that’s not all when our food came out both of our meals were missing shrimp & sauces. They then brought out a little sauce cup for each of us with maybe 4 shrimp. Truly the worst Applebees I’ve ever been to and do not recommend anybody who likes good careful service with their experience.
Good experiences overall, would come back. Good happy hour/half apps.

The food was good but you need to clone Jasmine at the Pittsburgh Mills location. She is the reason I went from three the five stars.
Everything was excellent. We had a party of 9 we were seated right away and our waitress Alyssa she was amazing. Most restaurant in that area are terrible but we had a great experience here and will recommend it and come back.
Definitely a diversity issue in the air. I found the waitress unfriendly and very chatty with people at another table (unprovoked conversations). The waitress didn’t do her job and our food (nothing extra added or removed) was delayed. Not a great experience. We waited as ppl came in and received their meals, continued waiting. The food wasn’t cooked with love, seems thrown together and I’d much rather have had a $5 burger than to have paid for this type of service and food. Unacceptable but normalized here. My broccoli was over cooked and the meat was extremely dry, the noodles were dry as well. I didn’t enjoy my meal. The sweet tea came with a spoon in it (silverware) and a couple packs of sugar on the side. I used plastic on this visit and to have a drink served to us with a silver spoon deep in in the drink, it was utterly ridiculous. Also, the bread that comes with the meal was served later. Maybe modernize things?
