Visited Foley Applebee's 12/17 and the place was almost dead. Bartender got our drinks and order promptly. Then it went downhill fast. Instead of delivering our meals together, my guest got his and I had to wait about 5 min for mine. While I was waiting, a ROACH crawls the length of the bar. Not to raise alarm to my guest, I let it go. We order another drink and the bartender does not deliver. We had to remind her THREE times before she got us the drink. Then ANOTHER ROACH crawls behind her terminal and my guest notices it as well. We inform the bartender and she treated it like it was no big deal. While the food was good. I am wondering why this place is still open. I will NOT be going there again.
Poor waitress. Sweet. Very sweet. The manager strod behind the bar literally like a statue. Drinks were flat. Couldn't get enough boxes for take home. They have these tiny boxes. Tacos were bad. I hate giving bad reviews but douche is standing there staring at me with a dumb look on his face.
Tina did a great job! She kept drinks refilled and checked on us regularly. She was very efficient! This location seems to need a bit of attention/some repairs. Overall, the experience was acceptable. We eat at many Applebee's locations along our travels.
Our server was excellent and very helpful. Relaxing atmosphere as always comfortable seating and booths. Food was ok, not the best I had from other Applebee's. I give 4 stars overall. Our server I give 10 stars.
Only reason everything wasn't 5 stars is because it was hot as heck in there, but that wasn't anyone's fault. Bartender was great, she was our server, and she answered several questions. Even the manager came to check on us. I got the AYCE shrimp and the flavor is great! Husband got the boneless wings and they were great as well. Also got the bucket Watermelon drink, and it was DELICIOUS!
We were sat less than 10 minutes. Nice atmosphere and more importantly observing the 6ft apart social distancing. Jennifer M was the fantastic server we had. We ordered the spinach artichoke dip which was hot and tasty. We chose the 2 for $27 special. I had the delicious fall of the bone ribs with the tasty garlic mashed potatoes and the cold raw green beans. I asked if I could exchange green beans for a salad, but was told it would be $1 upcharge which I couldn't understand. Was I supposed to eat the raw green beans? Other than that I suggest the ribs or garlic chicken and shrimp.
Was given rotten lettuce in both of my salads. Literally was trying to pick around the rotted lettuce and kept just finding more and more and more. So disappointed
Food was good and the server was attentive and engaging. The host greated us quickly and sat us dowm right away. The restaurant needed some work though. When we visited, I am pretty sure the AC was out. Also, taking my daughter to the restroom and the mens room needed some repairs(toilet paper dispenser was broken, toilet seat moved around, paper towel dispenser did not work consistently).
