Good Applebee's restaurant in Great Falls, nicely located across from the river. The food quantity of every dish is huge compared to a similar restaurant in Canada. Prices are a lot cheaper, too. You find great value deals 2 for $32 or $35. The steak Sandwich were great.
Great atmosphere, friendly staff. Our server was amazing, wonderful smile. My husband's steak was a bad cut, grisly and tough. My chicken was a bit salty, and the broccoli could be cooked a little longer since they were kinda hard. Our fruit smoothies were amazing, and the cinnabons were good.
Really love Applebee's untill it comes to dinner and their out of 5 things. Then deciding how to tip is sooooo hard because the actual server hardly "serves" you. Someone sits you, someone brings your drinks, someone brings your appetizers and someone delivers the food. The actual server just comes by to take orders, check back and drop check. Kinda wanna go in there with a handful of ones and tip everyone that helped. But I will never stop going there on date night
Racist!! I walked in and the workers refused to seat me. The hostess walked right around me and seated a white family that came in behind me. Not good look for Applebees as a whole I will definitely be reporting this location to corporate. If you are black in Great Falls, MT please do not eat at this location!!!!
Pretty standard chain experience. This one is clean and has friendly staff.
Note: doors are hard to open. While tables are available that would take a wheelchair, navigating in might be a challenge.
Great food and bartender serving us was also attentive and fast with service. Great overall experience.
Me and my family went to come eat because we haven’t ate at all that day. We got sat by a very rude women and she was coughing and looked sick. Then we get sat and have our menus CLOSED. While waiting for a server for 20 minutes to serve us. No one spoke of even said “I’ll be right with you” or nothing. The people behind us that were sat after us got their food served and drinks. It might’ve been busy but no server even spoke or looking at our table. 0/10 experience
Absolutely freezing in here everyone in here is. It is pretty bad when you have to go out to your vehicle to get a jacket to wear because you’re so cold you can’t even concentrate on eating your food. You need to be more concerned about the temperature for your patrons not the temperature for your workers. Obviously if they’re working and up moving around, they’re gonna be hotter than normal. The patrons are the ones that should be comfortable with the temperature! Won’t be back
