I haven't been to the Wooster Applebee's in a long time and I have to say this is one of the best experiences I have ever had. The waitress was amazing, and the food was even better. Kudos to the cooks and the managers for having everything run so smoothly.
I had wings with a pile of sauce beside them. The dried and cracking celery appeared as if it had been chewed on by something already. My quesadilla was just cheese. Service was subpar. Ate very little, sent the rest back. I was never offered any replacement. Charged full price. Asked for manager so they knew that things were not usual, but one never arrived. Left there and had to go buy lunch...
Absolutely done giving this place my time or money. I did a pick up order. When my husband picked it up, they forgot a part of my order. It was just an appetizer but with them upping the prices, I can’t just take that loss anymore.
When he went back, he said they were getting ready to leave and shut down (despite my original pick up time well before close). The cheese wasn’t inside the container (it was separate) but what looked like a spitball was dried to one of the pretzels.
With this, and the raw burger we got last time that we had to throw away, this place is just an aggravation.
Service was okay. Our plates looked like they haven't been washed for all night.. it was ridiculous. Thought maybe it was just my plate.. Nooooo the wife's plate was also very discussing. Our son was also with us and once we looked over our plates his was also polluted with food particles and not washed.. Thisis very gross. I refused to get food wife let them bring another plate of food. The son didn't eat all his food once he seen the crusty food on his plate.
We ordered wings. We received 8 wings and 2 “bird wings”. C’mon man, you can do better than that!
Not super busy when we were there..it was later in the evening. Which I love to walk into a restaurant and not see a lot of people. Unfortunately there were also not a lot of works there either. The food was delicious..as always. My husband and I both ordered a drink, I have the white peach margarita and he had idk, something blue..to our surprise..it happened to be and $11.00 drink, which is just crazy to me. We sat there with our 3 children for 45 mins before our appetizer came. Then our drink come, mine was good but tasted like it had sat awhile..
completely watered down. My husbands was just awful. Not sure what happened to the bartenter or if they just didn't have one, so it was a server making our drinks. looking in book for recipes, trying her best..
all and all it wasn't the best service, but certainly not the worst. we will be back
My entree was very good but, unfortunately, my caesar salad never came out with my meal. After waiting a little longer after I finished eating, I was forced to just ask to take it off my final bill so I could leave. Sucks. After driving all evening and not being able to eat much in the last day and a half, it would’ve been nice to have everything that I ordered.
Our food was good. I ordered the Riblets, and my wife ordered the Oriental Chicken salad. Both were fresh and tasty.
