As soon as we entered the restaurant, we were promptly seated, and our waitress was attentive, arriving at our table almost immediately to take our orders. We decided to start with a combination appetizer, but unfortunately, the quesadilla was overwhelmed with an excessive amount of garlic. The flavor was so overpowering that it was nearly inedible; I couldn’t take more than a few bites.
When my Mexican Tex Shrimp Bowl arrived, I was again met with a disappointing surprise. It was heavily seasoned with what seemed like mountains of garlic salt, to the extent that it left a burning sensation in my mouth. The garlic completely overshadowed any other flavor, making it difficult to enjoy the dish at all.
On a brighter note, my husband’s burger was quite satisfactory, and he had no complaints. However, I quickly grew disheartened with my meal and decided to stop eating altogether. After a while, we paid our bill and left the restaurant, feeling let down.
I’ve dined at Applebee's on numerous occasions and had always enjoyed my meals, even having once worked there myself, so this experience was shocking and disheartening. It felt almost like a cruel joke, and I had no desire to continue eating anything from the kitchen. While I appreciate garlic in my meals, this was an overwhelming and unpleasant amount. Regrettably, I won’t be returning to this location again.
Food and service was good at Applebee's. The fries weren't as fresh as I would have liked. Alcoholic drinks were fantastic.
We had a GREAT experience. This is a WONDERFUL Applebee's. Amber was our waitress & she was awesome!! Just hustling!! We LOVE the half price appetizers after 9pm. Perfect after spot after staying at Cedar Point all day, highly recommend!!
The service was great and fast. The food is always good whenever I eat there. The salad portion is big enough to fill you up!!

The food was good, but some food could be better such as the mashed potatoes, but the grilled chicken was amazing. The service was really good too. The drinks came quick and very good.
Food was good, service felt odd. Waitress invaded personal space of my husband. She seemed friendly but just needs to understand boundaries and how to give an answer to a question without bending your who body towards someone to explain it.
Amber was great. My family was in town from Detroit visiting Great Wolf water Park. We stopped in around 8:30 at night. The restaurant was very clean. The setting was nice. Great lighting, ambiance, and vibes. I felt like Amber was family. She was very friendly and bubbly. We always visit Applebee's, but this has been the best experience. Our food was amazing. We'll be going back soon.
It had ripped up seats in their booths. The floors were dirty and stained up carpet. 1 person could not figure out how to even get my order, correct? So they send a second person to come help me get my order, correct and all I did was order 43 people.Rivlet dinner deals. I can say the manager was very nice and did their best. Don't you make everything go smoother than it was?When I got there with a waitress who had no idea how to run the computer. I'm not gonna complain about the lady who was confused on the computer.Though, because she seemed like she may have had a mental handicap. I could tell that they had not been able to train her well, so therefore, they just stuck her at a register without knowing what she was doing.
