The drink my husband ordered was a top shelf long island iced tea it was super weak I had the new Santa gummy Pina colada my drink was fine . My husband asked if he could talk to our waitress about the drink to another employee the manager came out his name was Julian he was not very helpful and just plain rude took my husband's drink because my husband refused to pay for a watered down top shelf 12$ drink he did nothing to accommodate or make us happy .When we arrived it was about 7:40 pm not busy yet it took them almost 10 minutes to acknowledge that we were there even when Julian came out his office to be rude to another customer who was leaving he looked at us standing by to be seated and never even greeted us or acknowledge us Terrible manager needs further training on customer satisfaction in these harsh times Applebee's can't afford to give bad service sincerely Flavor Seeker.
Be careful when ordering take out ordered the gallon drink and the drink was out this seems to laziness that no one replaced it. I requested a med-rare stake and got a med-well steak it almost went into the trash, if I would have been at the restaurant it would have all went back for the kitchen to remake it. This is not the color of Mountain Dew it’s almost clear. I would have brought my food back but it was already 11 at night and I had to work at 8:30 am the next day.
I visited this location on Veteran’s Day, a day known as Armageddon for service industry workers. Despite the day’s reputation, this location didn’t disappoint. The staff was well-trained, the restaurant was clean, and everyone was polite. The menu selection was great, and this location offered some additional incentives that made the dining experience even more enjoyable. I want to express my gratitude to Danielle - my server and bartender, and the rest of the crew for their exceptional service and for keeping everything running smoothly. (Of course, the food I ordered came out timely and correctly btw!)

This place has very nice people and great service. The rest of it is not so great. It's just good. I had a dos Equis draft beer that was half flat. They do give you two-for-one beers but they bring both of them at the same time which doesn't make a lot of sense cuz your second beer is sitting there getting warm. Our meal was okay if you come here. Expecting a great Applebee's you will be disappointed but like I said it was okay. If we have a better choice, I don't think we'll be choosing this Applebee's. We've been in some great Applebee's but this is just a good one
Our server Chuck was one of the most attentive, hard-working servers I’ve ever had. I chug water when I dine and he was prepared with the refills every time. He told us about the drink deals, gave us good suggestions, cracked jokes, made sure to check on us multiple times even though he had a full section, and overall was so kind. I would come back to Applebees just to sit at Chucks table. Thank you Chuck!
I haven’t been to this location in a WHILE. But was running errands and decided to stop in and order a take out order. So glad I did. The person taking my order over the phone was really nice and she was the same one who handed me my order when I picked it up. Ordered the grilled chicken breast with broccoli and mashed potatoes. Added the honey pepper sauce on the side and 10/10 would recommend.
Everything was perfect, but this was the first time I had to ask another waitress to help our table because the first waiter was making jokes at the other table and never came back to assist us. Other than that I have nothing to complain about the atmosphere and the food, everything was perfect... I really like AppleBee’s ????
