I just moved nearby and wanted to find a go to place for dinner with a great vibe and amazing customer service. Jen R has gone over and beyond for my mom and I every time, I have been receiving great and quick service here. Even when it’s busy Jen is very attentive and we appreciate that and the reason we come back. Food is always arriving quick and fresh and drinks are amazing.
Service as good and food arrived quickly. The blackened Cajun salmon was tasty and I especially liked the boneless wings - great chewy texture and flavourful Asian chili sauce. The men’s washroom wasn’t very clean though.
Disappointing Experience at Applebee’s
Went to Applebee’s for dinner, and unfortunately, it was far from pleasant. The food was just okay, but the service was terrible. It took over an hour to get our starters, and the table we were seated at wasn’t clean enough. To make matters worse, the restrooms were unhygienic and in a pathetic state. Definitely not what you’d expect from a dining experience. Hope they improve both their service and cleanliness.
We were there at 3pm not very busy at the time. Once seated we wait for our waiter for couple min. We ask for couple beers, he came back about four 6min. Our food took about 12min. Server never came back to check on us or to drop the check off. We ask the manager for the check. Food was not hot and did not have a lot of flavor. Restaurant was not very clean service not was not great. I never been to an Applebees and walk out so disappointed.
Food was very disappointing. It arrived swiftly, but before our silverware. They had to wash silverware while my questionable grilled chicken got cold. Coffee tasked like water.
The men’s restroom had a flood that apparently had been going on for sometime, staff said it had been like that all day. No signs saying temporary out of service. Makes me wonder how they clean the kitchen.
I just want to say How amazing curstyn our server is. The way she took charge and was so welcoming and just treating all her tables with respect and a great attitude was absolutely beautiful to see. And to see how her and her manager Thomas manage some very stressful situations was definitely something that I was honored to be witness to. Great job Thomas & Curstyn D.
Jen R is an amazing bar tender. Very friendly and fun to chat with. She made my stay there very pleasant and would recommend stopping by and saying howdy. Will definitely be back there when I’m in town. Excellent!
Garbage littered the entrance of the place and then the bartender kept apologizing for sticky menus. Uhhh, get a rag and wipe them off honey.
Not alot of lunch special. Chicken bowl was a bit dry, but a somewhat healthy lunch.
