I love this store! The food is always great! As an employee of Applebee's this is my preferred store to work at. The management team John, Kelsey, and Alexis are dedicated, hard working, supportive, caring, and possess fantastic leadership qualities that make working under their management a very positive environment that offers growth and stability for those entering and maintaining in the workforce. They've really turned this store around for the better from how it used to be and they're constantly working diligently to improve it and improve on overall guest satisfaction. The front of house and back of house staff are knowledgeable, skilled, and friendly with the upmost dedication to creating a positive dining experience for any and all dining guests. Overall It's a fantastic place to meet with friends for drinks, have a date night with your partner, or bring your whole family!
My latest visit was perhaps my best Applebee's visit ever. Our server was incredibly nice and went out of her way to show her appreciation for our business. The food was great as well. We had chicken strips and boneless wings.
This incident happened in the evening around 9pm, Server being Jen or maybe Jenifer.
Only gave food two stars so I could give the service and atmosphere less than the food but to be honest it was all pretty bad. First, the appetizer had to of sat under a heat lamp for an extended period of time or nuked in the microwave because there was a hard crust around the top of my dip of burnt dip. The chips were stale and saturated in grease. I asked for new chips, I was brought chips that looked worse than was I already had then was told by management that they fry all their chips for the day in the mornings and they are pretty much just sitting till they are used. ???? Then my food was brought out while the rest of the food for the table didn’t follow. My food sat for almost 5 minutes before the rest of the food came. My partner never got a refill of his drink due to our server sitting at the table behind us with other guest. The bathroom must be discussed as well, out of the three stalls they have, two of the stalls were absolutely filthy.
I visit ApplesBees in the area rather frequently but this location will definitely not be getting our repeat business.
Such a great experience! Our server Kody was great, made sure we had everything we needed and was super patient even when we ordered 3 random apps and desserts instead of actual meals with our drinks. Speaking of drinks… TACY was awesome! I was feeling adventurous and told Kody to surprise me just not tequila or makers mark ????????. Tacy came to my table to meet me to get a feel of my vibe. Man did she kill it!!! Her version of a Caribbean Dream is to die for! If you’re in the Boiling Springs area definitely stop by and visit these two amazing people!
I sat at the bar and I had Jennifer as my bartender I had the $2 Long Island and I must say I have had the best experience I’ve had in a long time at an Applebees my drinks were on time my cup was never empty and my food came out on time hot and done to perfection I am absolutely satisfied with this visit and will be visiting more often
Would someone tell me why I'm dining in, & order a bowl of Tomato Basl soup & this is what I get for $4.99, brought to me by a manager. 11/10/24 @ 6:45 pm. Ridiculous
After doing some shopping at the Walmart, we decided to dined in at the Applebee's in Boiling Springs. We were expecting to enjoy a hot, delicious meal as a family. Instead, we received our appetizer very promptly but after a very long wait, 3 of the 4 of us received our meals an entire 20 minutes before my husband. Our food was TERRIBLE. The chicken tenders were very dry and entirely over cooked, the fries were cold, hard, and extremely stale; they lacked the expected Applebee's flare. The bacon macaroni and cheese was possibly one of the worst dishes I've ever received in a restaurant! It was cold noodles topped with cold bacon, some sort of cheese sauce, and very lightly sprinkled with cold salad cheese! When my husband's meal finally did come, half of his well done steak was dripping blood and had absolutely no flavor what so ever, the garlic mashed potatoes were so piping hot they cold scorch the tongue....I can't express enough how greatly unsatisfied we were. It's definitely not worth the $57 we paid....On a positive note, the cheese sticks were phenomenal as always. The service staff was extremely polite and inviting. Tyler brought our cheese sticks, and he was in one word amazing! He was so kind and friendly. My husband enjoyed a great brief conversation with him. The waitress, I didn't catch her name, was very apologetic for the long wait and very attentive that our drinks never ran dry. She was also very kind and welcoming....Overall, we enjoyed the staff and the environment but wouldn't recommend the food at this particular Applebee's location, maybe just go here for appetizers and drinks, at least on a Wednesday.
Ordered car side to go and 10 minutes after the pick up time, no one had come out or acknowledged our arrival. Went into the store to ask about our order and it was sitting on a shelf, bagged up and untouched. Came home to find the salad we ordered had no dressing. Frustrating all around.
