Horrible food. Raw steak and really a salad on my burger? Fries nasty and old. ???? Dirty restroom. Will never return.
Coming here with my son yesterday was a rare treat. The menu is a bit expensive but I got my christmas bonus so I could splurge a little. My son got the chicken tender platter. He's 13 years old and has quite the appetite. There was hardly enough on this so called platter to fill him up. The tenders were small and mostly breading. Fries were good though. I got this 3 cheese pasta with chicken. Breadstick was icky. The first few bites of pasta were okay then it became bland very fast. I took most of it home. The only good thing was the triple chocolate dessert. This meal wasn't worth the $50 that I paid. I'm extremely dissatisfied with the quality of the entrées.
Nothing really great. The wonton tacos were okay but so much slaw and too much dressing made them a soggy disappointment. They just don’t live up to the hype for me. The Cesar dressing was off I can’t pinpoint exactly why but I ended up not eating my salad because it tasted spoiled.
Fries are really overpriced for the amount you get in a takeout order. They were overcooked another item we ended up not eating.
Mozzarella sticks were disappointing too, overly greasy and not near as good as something you can get yourself on the cheap from a freezer section at any local store.
The club sandwich was actually good out of everything we ordered it was the only thing we ate all of. It’s the only thing I’d recommend.
The fish was nothing but oil. I was looking forward to it but I couldn’t choke it down because of the grease it was floating in.
Return visit with a friend today to see if done it was better than takeout. Nope down to 1 star and that’s a stretch.
The waitress was horrible. The food wasn’t much better. Never in my life have I been just left sitting for so long waiting to ask for napkins.
Then this bugs me as a good handling concern. The waitress comes to our table to drop the check / while holding another tables desserts right in our faces and picks up OUR dirty dishes before trotting off to drop it at the table it went to that she had to PASS to even bring our check smh. Not sure about anyone else but yuck I’m

Not pictured was a steak and donut bit dessert. Really overpriced bland steak and was well done when we ordered at medium rare. The donut bites were hard, like you get with old yeast dough.
My search continues for a good place locally. Alas this was not the one.
This was probably the Applebee's visit. Kirsten was a really good server. She was on the ball. Had refills of the, all you can eat meal deal, items and our drinks. Some Applebee's precook those items, not in Vienna, WV. Every thing was hot, fresh, and on point. The manager came over a couple of times to check-in and make sure our experience was going well. Kudos to all the staff of the Applebee's, Vienna. Thank you all!
Waitress said could not order breadsticks with Alfredo cause they were keeping breaksticks for pasta orders.
She then took our entrie order and drinks brought drinks again within a few minutes of first ones, sit them down and never said a word. Broght food and immediately brought bill said no hurry u can let me know if u want dessert. Again walked away food was not good barely any sauce on pasta and pasta was overcooked..she never returned until she said want boxes and I said it not good or worth carrying home. Never said a word just walked away. Worst food and service ever had there and they were not busy!
This is my families favorite place to eat. Tonight we had really great service from Kristen. She greeted us quickly, our food came out promptly and she was right on with the drink refills. I ordered the broccoli chicken pasta and my husband had his usual the fiesta lime chicken and they were both really good. Thanks Applebees, we will be back!
The food was amazing, seasoned really well, and tasty. The waitress was not friendly at first but as time went on she became super friendly and nice.
Went for lunch. The one reason there is not a 4th star is the waitress was AWOL. We waited overly long for ice tea refills. The food was not hot just warm. Then we waited as long as possible to pay the bill and could locate her. Finally we went to the hostess to pay the bill. The hostess went to look for her. 10 minutes later she showed up. Then waited 10 more minutes to get the credit card back to sign. We were late for our appointment
