Ordering on the app is crazy simple, and the service for carside to go is fast, and the food was piping hot when we got home.

Normally I really enjoy eating here, when Sean is our server everything is great! Even if the restaurant is busy he keeps our drinks full and constantly checks in on us. I won't publicly name the server who has given us poor service twice now.
The first time we waited close to an hour to get our drinks ordered. When the food came out items were missing, one of our child's dishes had old food stuck on the outside of the dish (doesn't say much about the cleanliness of the kitchen). We decided to try here again and unfortunately Sean wasn't here again but we were hungry so we decided to stay again.
To our surprise it was the same server as last time and we contemplated leaving. But we were hungry so we gave him and Applebee's another chance. Our drink order was taken quickly which was a step up and my child's food order was put in. Then in true to this servers fashion it took a while to even get our drinks. After they came there was a fly in my drink.
I understand these things happen so I simply asked for another drink. The second drink came back and guess what there was another fly in the drink! I seriously question the cleanliness of the kitchen at this particular Applebee's. After this my wife and I had lost our appetite and cancelled our order and paid for my child's meal and left. Do better Applebee's!
I ordered food with zero chicken. It came with chicken my service sent back and now you can tell they picked the chicken out sent back but they missed some chicken one can you can on the upper left of the plate. Rina gave great service but cook staff failed and now I'll be sick since I have eaten meat in over 30 years. Being lazy at your job is Un acceptable specially when prices are raising. They put the food back and burnt it to make it seem like they remade it. Poor food. Never come back again.
Our server Emmy I think is her name . She was really nice & made sure we had everything , if that isn’t her correct name she wear curly blonde hair with dark brown roots and glasses . In my opinion she deserves a rasie ????
David is friendly and checked on us throughout our time here. He has a wonderful personality
Late night visit to meet friend after work. Waitress came by and took drink order. Needed a menu which never came. She apologized and finally brought one and I ordered. Food was messy, definitely needed utensils but never brought any and disappeared. Had to ask bartender if he had any. Was given a take out pack. Never checked on me but was quick to bring check. First time here. Wasn't busy at all so I expected better service.
Great customer service loved the food our server name was Nicolette she was amazing
Really disappointed, stake tasted awful, the manager did offer to cook another one, but hubby had already finished his food. Cheese artichoke dip was over cooked and not mixed well, chips were stale, broccoli was old tasting. The server was nice, and there was a long wait ; plenty of empty tables guess it's a staffing issue.
