This Location has really stepped their game up⬆️. I wasn’t a fan years ago but my last few visits have been a really good time ???? . My waiter this go round was Ray coolest ???? waiter ever (looks like Ja Morant) lol. He was really kind and observant I’m glad to have him for my table. I also met Kaniyah the bartender ???? a beautiful sweet young lady who was a good listener had great hospitality and made great drinks. I ordered the salmon ???? , mash and broccoli my son ordered a bacon burger ???? and fries ????. Busy or not the food comes out really fast???? it usually takes about 15 minutes or so and the plates come out fresh and hot ???? . Everything was delicious and you really can’t beat the prices especially with the half off appetizers at certain times of the day. I also met a lovely waiter named Ann who wasn’t at my table but always made sure I was fine when walking by which was a huge plus for me. This definitely is a regular spot for me right now and I hope they continue to be great ????????.
I visited this Applebees in Fall 2024, having the sharing platter as a main with a red sangria. The positives: food was good, portions plentiful and the sangria top notch. My server, Rachel, was also really pleasant and helpful. The challenge for a Friday night was the uncoordinated approach to managing the volume of customers, leading to delays from the hostess, bar and kitchen across the board. No deal breakers but you should be prepared to wait unnecessarily if they have volume.
placed an order online with uber eats for a pepsi and chicken broccoli alfredo and received the order with other meat chopped up and also placed inside it. i did order this around 1040ish so i do apologize but it was a bit concerning. did not touch the food at all because of this. the pepsi also tasted a bit off and wouldn’t recommend ordering online again ! i do believe the person taking care of this order at the location was Mary c
We had a fantastic experience at this establishment. I am at a loss for words to adequately express how incredible, courteous, kind, and friendly Juliett was. She served as both our bartender and server. When I was undecided about which cocktail to order, she kindly provided me with samples to assist me in making a decision. I have never encountered such exceptional treatment at any other Applebee's location. Juliett's exceptional service truly made our visit memorable. Thank you, Juliett, for your outstanding hospitality.
A very inviting atmosphere.
My server was Myra she was very friendly and had biggest smile , this place scored bigtime to have her on the team.
There was a placard with a new chicken item that I can't quite recall at this this time but as usual the presentation looked delicious. So I ordered that but I asked for the platter appetizer first.
The appetizer was perfect, the chicken entree was very small the presentation wasn't like the picture so I asked Myra can I return it just for a bacon cheeseburger she obliged.
A nice gentleman came out introduced himself I believe his name was Don the manager he asked me was everything okay , I explain to him what happened and thanked him.
The burger was perfect.
The things I did not like was that they serve diet coke with lemon without asking.
I also noticed that this one of those establishments that LEAVES KETCHUP bottles ON UNATTENDED TABLES, I think that's a bad idea all around.
If you are visiting Boston then this is applebee's is very much off the beaten path.
However, the service was good, the food was good and our server kiana t was really friendly.
If taking a bus, be careful which number you are taking back. We ended up following Google maps and very much went to the wrong place!
I ordered the classic combo that came with the boneless chicken, quesadillas, mozzarella sticks and chips with Spinach dip as a to go order. The food was good expect for the chips half of them were stale.
Loved the ambiance of Applebee's. The food they serve is fresh and tasty.
I was disappointed by the burger that I ordered otherwise every other food item was yummy.
I would recommend to try desserts.
