It seemed to be one waiter.. and he was very pleasant. The food came right out within ten minutes but was not hot. it looked as if it had been sitting. The food wasn't fresh. My tacos weren't fresh, and something in the tacos was spoiled. The taco meat was over cooked my cocktail was good. I won't be returning. I should have went off the reviews.. because they were right, $60 Waisted....
Still a favorite!! Our server did an awesome job. I had a party of five and he kept our drinks refilled, brought out the appetizers with enough time in between that we could enjoy them before the entrees came out. Everything was good and hot. Wasn't really busy but was enjoyable to me...
We were told at the door that it’d be a 20 minute wait because they had to wait for a table to get up that were big enough for our group. They weren’t very busy but said they were understaffed. We got to the table, ordered our drinks and we felt like we were waiting forever. It had to be 25-30 minutes that we were waiting and we got our food before our drinks. ????. Everytime we’d ask our waitress about the drinks or food items she didn’t know. I haven’t been back to Applebees for a couple of years because the last time I’d been (in Philly) I had a horrible experience. I only went this day because my nieces were going with their friends so I tagged along but I can definitely say I’ll never be back and they definitely fell off compared to when I used to go as a kid. Not the worse experience ever but I definitely wasted most of my day here just sitting around. Gotta do better.
Do not go here you will be disappointed!!!!! We walked in and we instantly notice they were short staffed. After being seated we were never offered water, a wait time or even knew who was serving us. 30 minutes went by and the table that was seated after us mind you 30 minutes later was immediately offered drinks and there order was taken. We had to ask who was our server only to be met with oh we are short staffed. We understood that but how is it that the table y’all just sat gets served immediately but after 30 minutes we still have not been offered at least a glass of water. Save your time and money. You will not be a valued customer here. We left because that was unacceptable. Do better.
I ordered the salmon but my salmon was a little dry. My broccoli was good and my potatoes were a little more soupy than stiff. They were okay. My eating companion had steak that was oddly cut. The cut look like it was maybe just the end piece of the steak. Did not look like it was 8 oz but nevertheless he said the flavor of it was good. I think I'll stick to the Applebee's on memorial drive
Aaliyah was our server. She did an amazing job. She was friendly and took the time to give recommendations . Very good spirit... ask for Aaliyah ....
If I could rate it no stars I would. Waited over 15 minutes before anyone even came to our table. Ordered drinks and they were given to another table so another 20 minutes passed before we got our drinks. Food was not prepared as stated but didn't know they were out of ingredient until food was brought to table which took over 40 minutes. Server appeared over worked with number of tables and lots of forgetting and apologizing. Horrible service.
Worst service I've ever experienced. Went with a group of people. We wanted to be seated at bar but there was no space so we sat at table. Waitress said we cannot move after. We said it was fine as long as we got our drinks. Half hour later we never got our oder i so we moved to the bar since there was no order made. Then the bartender ignored us. I had to bring it up and she said that's why the waitress told us to stay at table. So I replied to her so we were going to sit there and never have our order taken? And she repeated herself. So I said you decided not to take our order because we didn't stay with a waitress who wasn't going to take ours and so now your not?! She stayed quiet. We left. We thi k because we are Hispanic that they were racist towards us by being rude and not willing to take our order while other black folks were continuing to have their orders around the restaurant and bar. This is a disgrace not only to applebees but to other humans aswell. This location will end up closing its doors to the staff there. Don't go there!
