The food was good and hot. We had no problems at all with our food. The service was a little slow but it was still good.
Group of 7 seated quickly but took 25 minutes to get our drink order. Poor waitress was serving the whole restaurant I think. She was doing what she could. Sign on the door says hiring. The 2 hostesses should have been helping with drink refills instead of standing around. Took another 15-20 to order our food. The food did come out quickly, surprisingly! It was good food and it was accurate. Wouldn't have stayed and waited that long typically but we had 2 hours to kill. It took that long too since it took 25 minutes to get our check to pay! Not blaming the waitress as I think she had 15 tables, but the hostess shouldn't sit people when no one can take care of them. I hope they get some help soon!
Everyone in my family got their food except for one person. It took an additional 30 minutes tor that food to arrive. Our waitress was nice, but a manager would not make herself available and when she did she was full of excuses. She said the cheese for our nachos was frozen. She said it takes 40 minutes to thaw it. She said poor management is not to blame. And, had no explanation of why we couldn’t have been told that it would be 40 minute wait. Do yourself a favor and don’t go.

I walk in at 8:55 P.M. on a rainy Friday night traveling home trying to get a half decent supper. Was almost immediately greeted, seated, given menu, napkins, and silverware. After a minute or two, I notice my arms sticking to the table and the menu pages sticking together.....
after 27 minutes I get up and go to the bathroom.
As I walk out, I notice the same hostess that abandoned me 30 minutes prior seating more guests just across from where I was seated and I wished them good luck, for I had been there more than 25 minutes and hadn't even gotten a drink yet.
No, they were NOT busy. There were 2 waitresses (or, at least a hostess acting as a waitress and another waitress and a bartender), 3 other tables, which 2 left while I was waiting, 2 or 3 at the bar. That was ridiculous. Don't bother sending me anything, I don't live close enough.
No. There are better choices until changes are made. Go somewhere else.
Food was ok. Service was unacceptably slow (and the place wasn’t crowded).
Staff seemed like it was either their first or last day.
Facility hasn’t been maintained and in bad shape w torn seat covers and other obvious signs of neglect.

The waitress was nice. She took our order and got our drinks. It took a while to get a refill. Ordered the queso and chips; chips were stale. When she brought out food, we told her and she ordered us more. My chicken was good, but the everything else was not. The 4 cheese Mac and cheese was watery with no taste. My child’s meal literally had 7 fries. My husband didn’t even eat his meal. We paid the full bill and didn’t say anything other than the appetizer. Wish it’d been better.
Steak was old..smelly.. overseasoned..could not eat at all...broccoli gross...place was dirty. Server was nice.
Worst blackened salmon I have ever eaten. The potatoes were literally colder than the butter on them and the broccoli was luke warm. Do better guys. The staff was excellent. The cook needs guidance on how to heat the food. My dates potatoes were cold as well and ask for them to be warmed up. They just brought more out that had been nuked for probably 3 minutes and so hot you couldn't eat them.
