Ordered grilled chicken and shrimp pasta and was given chicken tenders instead of grilled chicken lol… I didn’t realize until I got home and reached out regarding this issue. Jeff, who I am assuming is the manager reached out and said he would make things right but I have yet to hear back from him. Oh well, I really like this AB, but I feel like I shouldn’t dine at any of them anymore.
Applebee's is a local restaurant serving a wide variety of food and drinks. A good place to meet friends and have a meal, with easy parking. We were able to walk in and get a table with ease since the restaurant wasn't very crowded on a Saturday at noon.
Ordered the spinach and artichoke dip, grilled chicken with broccoli and garlic green beans, and a friend ordered the chicken tenders salad. Service was a little slow and the food was okay. Would recommend the grilled chicken.
My church ( about 40 of us) had an awesome time at the Andorra Applebee's. The manager Roosevelt (Rosie) and the servers were amazing. They were kind inviting attentive and patient. The food was hot fresh and delicious ! It was so refreshing to see customer service and quality still exists. We can't wait until our next visit.
This use to be our favorite “quick stop” to grab something cheap to eat. Typically we would always have a pleasant experience here until we got placed with this older African American female waitress twice who always wears her hair in a head wrap who name starts with a letter “T” it’s a unique name, hard to pronounce. She is very unkind, unwelcoming, and cold to the black customers (what we are), but was very polite, over accommodating, and extremely professional to the white customers. I did leave my concerns with management about her because we’ve visit this business A LOT and we ALWAYS TIP THE SERVERS PLUS THE BARTENDER VERY WELL! Angela, Zion, Bobbi, the African American male manager, and the kind female light skin bartender whose name I never got are always professional and kind! However, being placed in the waitress “T” section twice after I made a valid complaint about her customer service towards us has caused us to decide to give this spot a break for a while. I don’t like spending money in places where ALL the staff isn’t kind and professional. I will miss the few amazing employees we did have the privilege to meet there, but our $30-$100 tips will be in our wallets until she finds another place to work at cause I don’t want to seem like I’m nitpicking if we’re placed in her section again. Plus, if multiple customers have complained about the same waitress about the same exact experience then clearly we all can’t be lying about our unwelcoming experience with her. It only takes one bad apple for me to fall back and say, “Naw, I’m good”. Until they hire more servers to replace her, I’ll be on to the next location.
A messy appetizer was ordered, but the server failed to offer small plates for sharing, resulting in a sticky mess on the tabletop. When I pointed out that my drink didn't have the three cherries promised in the menu, my server responded with a surly "Do you want cherries?" This tells me that the management has failed to teach staff how to properly respond to customer complaints (in this case, the server should have said simply "Oh no, I'm sorry for that mistake. I will go get you the promised cherries along with a couple extra ones for your trouble!"). Later, when the server came to check on our satisfaction with the main course, I reported that the warming pot in the kitchen must have timed out because my mashed potatoes were cold (which is a health code violation). The server responded appropriately by taking my potatoes back to the kitchen (and they were absolutely delicious when piping hot). However, she later spoke inappropriately about this problem by admitting to us that cold potatoes were an ongoing problem. Seriously? Admitting that the problem has been known for a long time makes the franchise liable for a food poisoning incident if one occurs. It is also another indicator of management shortcomings because management should have IMMEDIATELY taken actions to prevent this problem once they became aware that it had been ongoing (and they need to incentivize staff to report problems like this to them). On the upside, the meats (grilled salmon and sirloin steak) were delicious and cooked to the perfect doneness.
Its a crime to charge $20 for this excuse for a salad. The lettuce was half rotten with sludge on it, almost no toppings. It makes me sad too because i used to order this as a kid and was always blown away and it never looked this bad in quality or size or tasted this bland.
Went on my hour lunch break with a roommate. Asked the lady if we should sit bar or table for faster service. Couldn’t have taken longer to get our food. Had to take it in a box. $40 and will never come back
This was a very clean restaurant and the food was delicious. The waitress was very friendly and helpful. The Manager Rosie was very polite and helpful. I definitely will be coming back here.
