Terrible experience. Black mold on ceiling tile right above us. Food was so bad, we actually laughed. The waiter really tried. We did get our food taken off the check. The 1/2 rack of ribs was so tiny it took my husband 30 seconds to eat. The prime rib was way overcooked. The riblets were actually bonelets. I didn’t get the side I ordered. The mashed potatoes were ice cold. Don’t waste your money. The craft beer was warm.
I love Michelle, she is my top waitress when we go there!!!! The burgers are awesome as well as the Tito’s bay breeze!!!! If u ever stop by the griffin Applebees make sure to ask for Michelle, she is in the bar area
Applebees is definitely our go to place! Food is always great, and the servers and bartenders are amazing! We usually sit at the bar, and our bartender is usually Michelle! She’s always so sweet and takes great care of us!
I just love apple bees every time I come it’s a good home worth feeling. The staff is awesome the food is great for some reason the bartender Michelle is the best of the best. Michelle is a people’s person and her spirit alone lights up the building. The drinks are so good and her attitude is the best. Also Cas has a great personality and she makes sure I am a happy customer each visit. I’ll give the whole staff 5stars.
I ordered curbside that I had to walk into the restaurant to get. I assumed they must’ve been busy only to find about 3 patrons in the building at 2pm. My food was cold and chicken breast cold with little to no bourbon sauce (I ordered bourbon chicken and shrimp) they shorted me my salad ….I should’ve had 2 sides. Overall I give it a 2
Fast forward almost a year later same service food soggy and curbside service is non existent
Destiny was absolutely awesome tonight! She never let our drinks get empty, our order was great and arrived quickly, and she was always coming back to check on us! Good service is hard to find these days and she went above and beyond! Kudos to you girl!!! Thank you!!!
Michelle was great! Attentive to detail, and a sweet girl. My wife’s mashed potatoes came out cold and she immediately made sure she got her some hot ones. We enjoyed ourselves and glad we made the choice to drive to Griffen to eat. The plan was to go to Atlanta, but she said, “Let’s just stop here, I don’t want to spend all that money on food that probably won’t be good.”
Michelle was the best waitress !!! She made sure our food was correct and made sure it was hot and fresh!! She even checked up on us to make sure that we were satisfied with our order!!! CONTINUE THE GOOD WORK MICHELLE….. !!!
