This Applebees if I can give them less then 1 start would have been the case .
We arrived on time for the happy hour.
The restaurant did had tables but instead the host decided to lie and tell us that the wait was 10 minutes .
When we sat at the table we had about 5 minutes to order before the deadline of the happy hour.
Instead our server choose to come after that and told us the happy hour had ended.
At the end we waited to pay and the server never came back to our table . I decided to pay with the tablet and to leave .
I asked politely to someone else for boxes and a bag.
Server was not attentive to our needs during or after the meal.
I’m not happy at all with the service that was given to me .
An exceptional Applebee's experience here! Clean, spacious atmosphere, plenty of free parking, attentive and friendly employees, kudos to Kevin our server. Consistent menu of course, we enjoyed the HH boneless wings, and then the 2x1 entrees special, we both got the Cesar salad and Alfredo Chicken broccoli pasta. Food was served hot, delicious and great portions. Enjoy!!
This was a classic Applebee's visit. The waitress was attentive, the food was good, the drinks were good, and the triple chocolate meltdown ended my meal beautifully.
It always surprises me how much I enjoy the boneless buffalo wings from Applebee's. I would go as far as to say they do boneless wings better than all of the actual chicken wing chains do. They always arrive hot, with a outside crunch, flavorful sauce, and cool blue cheese. What more can you want?
It's also worth noting that this Applebee's was very accomodating. I came with my grandmother around 2 PM and all of their available seating were on those stool-type chairs which she is not able to get herself on, so the employees opened up their closed-off section just for us so my grandma could sit properly.

I’m not an Applebee’s person but I eat here for my husband and daughter. This location however was exceptionally wonderful!!!
At first we waited a bit for the host to come back to the waiting area to be seated. Once we were seated our waiter/ bartender Rich was extremely attentive and courteous!!!
He was knowledgeable on their menu and assisted me with ordering my cocktail.
Location was okay. Parking spaces is limited since it sits right by a pay to park location. Good luck with parking.

Great location in the city, between the Convention Center and Tanger Outlets. Lots of parking and fast service. Fatima was an exceptional server who was very professional and accommodating during a slight inconvenience I encountered. Their "new" chicken bacon ranch Sandwich was not the best. The chicken is just overcrowded and extremely dry. Fatima understood my concern and brought me another meal upon request as a replacement. It turned out to be a better experience than expected. Will definitely return!
I always have a great experience at Applebee’s! The food is consistently delicious, and the cocktails are fantastic. Highly recommend!
Food was fine. It's Applebee's. It's the same everywhere. Service was slow considering how few customers their were at 10:30 PM. My waitress forgot to bring me my drink 3 times before I just gave up. The dining area is really REALLY dark. Like, almost too dark. Like, you need a flashlight to read the menu dark. If you need a familiar place to go for a meal, this Applebee's is fine.
The worst hamburger I’ve ever had smelled and tasted like dog food. I sent it back once because it was under cooked but the 2nd one smelled just as bad. The meat had to have gone bad. My nephew ordered the ringlets and was also disappointed and couldn’t eat them. The only good things were the onion ring appetizer. Thank god we ordered that or we would have starved. Sorry no shout out for you.
