A fun place to go for a Friday date night, which is exactly why I was here with my husband. We enjoyed drinks and the fun atmosphere. Our server was also great, can’t remember his name but he was super nice and offered lots of options and suggestions. Great Applebees location!
Very happy with our experience at this particular Applebee's. Food was spot on, and our waiter Nicolas went above and beyond to take care of us..even going the extra mile to get my husband his wings with the flavors he likes. He took the best care of us and definitely gave us a 5 star dining experience. We would definitely stop and eat here again when in the area.
Within 45 minutes, we only received water. Waitress didn’t even take our drink order until 20 minutes sitting down. Then walked past our table multiple times to wait on others.
Had Bourbon Street Steak with a side salad. Rianna provided superb service. Food & service were 5 stars. You lost a star before I ever stepped a foot in the front door. I had to walk through second-hand cigarette smoke with someone at a designated smoking area within feet of the main entrance. In my home state of Tennessee this is actually against the law. Please move this far away from your entrance. Without this major “No No” this place gets a solid 5 star rating!
My experience here at this location was great!! The server was over the top,my glass never went empty!! I did order the Lotta bacon burger,however the sauce they used was hot &spicy.
Me personally I'm not a fan of it so next time I'll order it w/o sauce. But if your in the mood for quite dinning where you can actually hear the person your with and not cost you a arm& a leg give them a try....
Years ago, I visited and decided to eat at Applebee’s with my family since they had an allergen menu. I have a severe dairy and gluten allergy. I noticed that the chips said it was dairy-free and gluten-free. I took two bites and I was already having a scary deadly reaction. I felt like I was on fire, numb, dizzy, felt like I was going to faint, and my throat was closing up. Thankfully, my mom had medicine that she was able to give me. This restaurant is the very reason I do not trust any other restaurant with food allergies.
On top of almost having to be hospitalized over chips, the service was extremely slow. We all had to leave early due to my bad allergic reaction.
First time here, very small inside but tidy.
Service was prompt in seating though crowded. The sampler was good but some items were cold so we asked for reheating. My burger was seasoned well and not overcooked. Fries were warm and crispy how I like them. The margaritas which were a dollar special were too sweet as well as the $5 Halloween zombie drink; not enough alcohol in them. We didn't get drinks as fast because seemed like they had to get glasses back. Overall it was a good experience.
My Cuz and I went there for lunch today, JASMINE was our server and she amazing!!! The Manager walked by twice and made sure we were being taken care of. We got the 2 for 25 deal and both ordered the ???? with a side of Onion Rings and Everything were cooked to perfection ????
