At first everything was going good and we eventually ordered our food. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with fries and honey mustard on the side. I kept eating my fries for a while but decided to finally eat the burger. As I picked up the burger I noticed that the burgers bun was soggy in one spot. I figured it must be because I didn’t touch the burger when it first came to the table so I brushed that off. Boy was I wrong! There was a piece of ice in the burger that was as long as my pinky finger!! The waitress and other staff were not paying attention, so I went to get her to show her the burger. Once she saw it, the manager eventually came over and was basically like what happened? I showed her the ice and she was confused to how that happened. Maybe 2 minutes passed by and the manager came back and said that she knew exactly where the ice came from. The piece of ice came from the station where they wash their lettuce and the cook did not see or pay attention to the ice on the lettuce which then got put on my burger. I was told that they will remake my burger but this time I asked for mayo on it. When the new one was brought to me I looked through the burger and saw there was no mayo. At the end, I was not comped for my meal with the inconvenience and unsanitary food that was served to me.
This place should not still be in business. Food was brought to the table missing half the ingredients, and the guacamole that was brought to us was the consistency of slime. Not to mention the bathroom. As soon as you walk in, the smell of mold is overwhelming. And you can see it caked on the metal toilet handles and pumps.
This is not a location I normally go to, but every time I come it has been ok. The food has been good no drop in quality compared to other applebees. The lunch specials came out quickly and is a great alternative to the local fast food joints. If you still dont have the time they offer curb side pick up. My wifes work gets take out regularly and had no real problems.... just double check your order.
When I arrived it seemed someone was having a birthday get together at the bar. Cool!! However, service shouldn't be subpar for other patrons. The restaurant had plenty of seating but they sat me in a booth directly by the front entrance. Apparently all the servers were attending to the birthday crowd. My server was the gentleman that runs the curbside orders.
I asked for a double shot of Tito's on the rocks. They bought me a styrofoam cup with ice. ????. Never in my life have I ever had a drink in a styrofoam cup at a reputable restaurant. Not saying I won't drink from a styrofoam cup I just never had that happen at a restaurant like Applebee's. Btw it took over 25 minutes to get my drink. ????

Hate to say it but, terrible experience. Placed a drink order, waited for 35 minutes and never got it. Server was very pleasant & was doing her best but they seemed either understaffed or unorganized. Waited 45 minutes total didn't get drink or food.
The service is so slow and bad. You could prepare your meal at home. Because no one do (call in orders)/ phone. They will not bring your orders outside. This place needs to close down. The workers don’t value their jobs. Oh I meant the fact they have a job. I gave them a 1 star but they don’t deserve that. Please close this place
Super disappointed this is by far the worst experience at applebee's. The food was subpar and took over an hour for just entrees one of which was done incorrectly. It felt like our server was ignoring us as it was very hard to get her attention to ask for some silverware. It was an overall bad experience.
Food was cooked to expectations. The server was nice and checked in on us through out the night. The store was clean and the atmosphere was nice. They were fully staffed and
