Its a good option for a simple, tasty and fast meal. The prices are really reasonable. The menu has so menu options available.
7 of us gathered from Illinois, Florida and Missouri for lunch. From the minute we stepped in the front door and were greeted. We felt special and like family. Such welcoming, friendly staff. Service was great. Food outstanding. The atmosphere was perfect for allowing us to reunite and catch up on lost time.
My girl ordered a steak with no pink and it had pink throughout the steak. My burger was dry. And we had to wait because they forgot to place our order . So the place is okay I just wouldn't want to go.
Went for a work lunch. Half of us got salads right away the other half had to wait an additional 20 min or so. Upon our food arriving at the table, there was a cockroach on the table. No real apology. Nothing. We were in your restaurant almost 2 hours and didn’t get to eat. Your kitchen manager came to the table to demand the bug. Didn’t apologize. Rushed back to the kitchen with the bug. When we asked the hostess if the manager would be returning to the table she was hateful and asked for what? This was an absolutely terrible experience and I would never recommend your establishment to anyone.
Had a great experience Thursday night with neighbors and family!!! The waitress was amazing!!! Her name was Lexie. If you ever want to go there and have a great time, ask for her!
My friend and I ordered two for $37. I did not want the smashed potatoes as you do not serve baked potatoes any longer. I asked the server if I could substitute the potato for salad. She said yes but did not tell me it would be extra. $2.00 per plate. And when I questioned the waitress response was "Oh, that's too bad you didn't notice that on the menu". But it's there. We also had to send my friends steak back twice before she finally told them she didn't want anymore. They took her portion of the bill off except the salad cost. We had two drinks that were on special for $3 each but the bill was still over $40. I tried to explain to the waitress that I didn't think the bill was correct but, her response was it is. And she walked away. I guess they thought we wanted something for free. We go often and we just wanted our food to be correct and our waitress to inform us correctly and professionally. not be rude. disappointed
We Love Applebee's in Edwardsville! Always clean and floor and tables always neat. Never have had a bad server! Very friendly people and food is Hot and cooked to perfection! I tried the chicken Alfredo with broccoli and idk about u guys, but I hate hard broccoli!!!! I asked for soft ???? and got it perfect!!! Juicy grilled chicken!
The food was very bland without much flavor. When I asked about meal specials, I was told that the cocktails were the specials. I checked for specials online before I left home, only to find that they were no longer options and the prices had increased. Not a pleasant visit.
