My husband and I went after the Kinetic race for dinner. I had a birthday coupon for a free appetizer. We chose chicken nachos and the quesadilla burger. We waited for 20’ or more, trying to distract our baby. Then the waitress brought the appetizer and he entree at the same time. But they were beef nachos :/ so we had to wait 15’ more. The quesadilla was messy, too greasy, nothing at all like in the picture of the menu. Fries were soggy.
It lacks cleanliness and competent staff, in my opinion. Some of them seemed they didn’t wanna be there.
First and last time I come to this location.
Had an excellent time at the Applebees. Our server, William, was extremely attentive and kind even on a busy night when other guests seem to be giving him a hard time for little to no reason! How crazy. The food was well done and brought extremely fast. I’d recommend this establishment to anybody and highly recommend Will as your server if you get a chance!
The service is slow most times I'm there went on my bday waited a hour to get my order took and then got told happy happy yeah u know the rest I'm like wow not even the whole song that maid me a little sad but oh well what did I expect but some food is good
Amazing food, fast friendly service! Love the Bourbon street chicken & shrimp, ribs & riblets, bourbon street steak & shrimp, tender chicken strips, and the chicken wonton tacos are to die for!! Yummy ????
Our server Quinn was quick and incredibly kind with our service, checked in if we needed refills, and even accommodated us when we asked to switch tables. good food, great drinks, and absolutely shining service :)
Just terrible. The service was good but I wouldn’t have fed my meal to a dog. Won’t be back
My order came in a timely manner and was made exactly as ordered. The portions were a tad bit smaller than I remember, which is not a bad thing for anyone not trying to eat too much. Ordered a couple drinks which were tasty and made with the correct proportion of ingredients.
The ambiance was a bit of a let down. The layout is familiar and boring with a bit of a dive bar feeling. This is coming from the outer bar seating so not to be confused with the booth seating, which still has a nice open yet private feel.
The prices are not getting any better and the specials were not discussed nor were they posted except for a 50¢ cheese stick deal. Nothing against cheese sticks but nothing beats a big deal on a staple entree with menu items like shrimp or steak, just saying!
This is a review for the Applebee's grill at Eureka, CA. I went to dinner there with my wife on a Saturday busy night. The restaurant was clean, and there were plenty of parking available. We ordered two steaks (top sirloin, and a ribeye). The steaks were good. The problem was that ordered the ribeye medium well, and it came red. And we ordered the normal top sirloin, and it came the shrimp parmesan sirloin. They fixed ribeye, and it came cooked well. For desert we ordered the lava cake, it was delicious. In general, I would recommend this Applebee's, and give 4 starts. I believe if come in a less busy day it will be a great experience.
