My beverage was delicious. The appetizer was ok the chicken wings were hard but they took them and brought me some that was better. We sat at the bar and it was extremely cold inside the restaurant.
Well this was the worst review I've ever had to do. We're were told that they were short servers and would be 15 min before table would be available for service( was like 10)after being seated we apparently became invisible because we were not approached except by manager who went to wrong table due to customer request. Not to notice we had no water and were passed several times by who we assumed was a host 3 times and twice by hostess. 25 minutes was our total stay before walking out. We observed employees (3-4)huddled in one corner and never were served . Never had this bad of service anywhere before.
On a Monday night , Out of hamburger , mashed potatoes. Only have cocktail napkins . Out of a lot of sodas and lemonade . Out of spinach dip .
Waitress/ bartender said the district manager never orders enough so his numbers look good and he gets a bonus .
Waitress / bartender does an amazing job , I feel bad for her , all I’ve heard her do is apologize to the few patrons that are here for management’s deficiencies. Maybe she should be doing the food / supply ordering

Vernon was very attentive. Made sure to check on our table throughout our meal. Drinks were good and food was even better. The service received was above our expectations.
Went into this location for dinner before a hockey game nearby. Place was a little more than half full, so not packed. Immediately, we sat at the bar. Managers were waiting tables, so, it was clear that they were short of staff. But..... We waited for a menu, after waiting over 5 minutes for one, I got my own from a stack nearby. We decided what we wanted, but, after another 10 minutes or so, and one of the managers walking past us multiple times without offering anything (drinks, appetizers, etc), we gave up and left. Went across the street for burgers and fries at Five Guys. The service at this place has went downhill for a while now.
Well, this was sad. I have waited going on 40 minutes for an oriental chicken salad. Bartender/waitress disappeared with 2 guys 25 minutes ago. I really just need to go to the other one out on Lima Rd. Always better service.
The food was disgusting. The host were not standing at the door you couldn’t even tell who was a host because everyone is in regular clothes. The manager just walking around with sunglasses on and laughing with host while they turn around and play with someone’s baby. A lady handing out food in her work scrubs. A host bringing out my food and swinging my plate back and forth because she didn’t know who’s it was. My server was the only one in there working and the host kept seating him not giving him time to get to his tables. Very unprofessional and really disgusting I definitely do not recommend.
We appreciate Applebee's for providing free veterans meals on Veteran's Day. Our restaurant was busy, with only 4 visible servers in the whole restaurant. After my husband received his food, I was told they were out of riblets. I ordered shrimp because it was also on the veterans' menu. I received lukewarm food when my husband was almost finished with his food. We waited another 45 minutes for the manager to bring our bill to the table. We recommend that Applebee's consider using free vouchers for their veteran meals in the future.
