The food was so good. I love coming here with my family to eat.. and our server was excellent she always checked on us and took real good care of our needs and was very friendly with my kids and us. I would like to thank Jessica for being such a good server.
We arrived to have lunch at 12:15pm order was placed at 12:20 . At 1pm we still hadn’t received our appetizer then they bring around the wrong app 2x . Our food was burnt and made incorrectly when informing the manager we didn’t get much positive response. Our appetizer was buffalo wings that came out with no sauce on them dry . My sister is allergic to purple onion her burger had them . This experience was so disappointing given how much we love apple bees . I definitely will not be returning to this location. Or recommending it . Oh and other customers that came got their food within 15 min and now our check is being withheld we are stuck here .
Went to your restaurant on 12-17-2024 at 4pm the server did not come for about 20min minutes. And then took our order and then we did not receive our food for a hour. And it was only a hamburger and a asin salad. It was not busy at that time also using the bathroom was dirty the front of restaurant dirty tables not cleaned. Also to many employees just standing around just having a good time. I will never come into this restaurant again Atwater ca!!
The service has been poor the last year along with the quality of the food. When we arrived on 9/13 @ 6 pm, the host told us Sean would be our server and after 15 min of waiting another gentleman server asked if we had been waited on. He took our order. Another couple arrived and same thing happened to them in Sean’s area. We are familiar with Sean from previous visits and called the manager about a year ago because Sean completed our survey for us. What? Anyway, we noticed Sean talking to the girls standing in the back and wasn’t even handling his customers at other tables. When his customers left, the girls had to clean his tables as he was too busy talking. This went on the full hour we were in there. When received our dinner, my husbands hamburger was way over cooked and my chicken bacon burger was fried to a crisp and couldn’t even chew it. We’ve sent food back before but this was the last straw. We will start going to Applebee’s in Merced. The server that ended up waiting on us was very attentive. I’ve talked to several others and they have experienced the same. Maybe need new management m, obviously this one doesn’t know how to manage. One year of poor service and food quality is enough for us.
Took my family here on a Saturday night. It wasn't busy at all. Our server was friendly, but we had to consistently ask for utensils, napkins, and refills. It got to the point I just stopped asking and went without. I still tipped 20% even though I thought that the service could use a lot of improvements. Food was mediocre but tge wonton tacos were great.
Applebee's tends to catch a lot of flack because it's a chain restaurant, but this one doesn't have that feel. The staff is inviting and friendly. The ever-changing menu is always full of great options, and the food is above average. Today, our waitress was attentive but not bothersome, full of smiles and positivity. My sandwich was perfect. Fresh and hot, bursting with flavor. The pub fries were fabulous. I highly recommend trying these while they are available, but don't let them sit. Eat them while the cheese is good and melty. I'm already looking forward to my next visit.
My friend and I came to the Atwater-Applebee's today for lunch. We had a very enjoyable time, and the food was great!
We met one of the managers (Abraham) who was extremely nice and very accommodating. He offered me a complimentary dessert because my birthday was three weeks ago... brownie w/vanilla ice cream - Yummo! ????
Our server Tatiana was also very nice! The restaurant was clean, spacious and comfortable. And they must have at least 8 large screen TV's for viewing sporting events.
Overall, this was a great dining experience; we'll definitely be coming back! ????
I got creamy parmesan chicken Alfredo and Parmesan boneless wings and it was HORRIBLE ! My pasta was cold and was not creamy at all nor did it have any Parmesan in or on it. My wings where plane wings and the white on top is supposed to the “Parmesan” . Applebees needs to do better
