Applebee’s offers a delightful dining experience, particularly highlighted by the Mango Smoothie and Oreo Shake, both of which are sweet and satisfying. The Bourbon Street Chicken and Shrimp stands out with its Cajun seasoning, complemented by buttery garlic mushrooms and onions, making it a flavorful choice. The service is commendable, with attentive staff enhancing the overall experience. The restaurant’s environment is inviting, making it a great spot for casual dining. Overall, my visit was enjoyable, with all dishes meeting expectations for taste and quality.
I recently had an extremely disappointing experience at Applebee’s, where I ordered over $100 worth of food, only to have nearly every item arrive with problems.
Mushroom Burger: The burger tasted off, was oily and pink despite requesting it be fully cooked. This was both unappetizing and concerning. The mashed potatoes served alongside were cold and downright inedible.
Boneless Wings: I specifically ordered Buffalo-style boneless wings, expecting some heat, but they lacked any spice or flavor. It was as though the sauce was watered down or completely missing.
Classic Burger with Fries: I ordered a classic burger with an extra patty with extra cheese and opted for the Wedgie Burger lettuce wrap option. They forgot my extra patty, the lettuce was wilted, and completely unusable for a burger. It was a mess. To make matters worse, the fries were cold and stale—like they had been sitting out for hours.
Spending this much money, I expected much better quality and attention to detail. Every item felt like it was carelessly thrown together with no regard for freshness, taste, or presentation. I won’t be returning anytime soon unless Applebee’s seriously addresses these issues.
“Update” they refunded my money for the entire meal. I have to give them props for that, I just hope their quality control is improved on in the future.
This particular location is great for parking, especially those who need a level surface or lots of room. There is parking on all sides of the restaurant which made me feel super safe leaving my vehicle for long periods of time. Also, when I had surgery and was in a wheelchair, this location in particular was easily accessible. Lots of places are accessible but some like this location are disability friendly in a lot of ways including spacious handicapped stalls in the restrooms.
We had a good time. Well priced and my family was happy for the easy outing. We did have to wait twenty minutes for a seat. I think the host was new. She couldn’t remember who came through the door first or bothered to take names. Yet I’m sure she’ll get it. Thanks for the decent price of a meal!
The server/bartender(the older grey haired guy) doesn’t write anything down. He is awful!! He should really write stuff down because he messes up every time. You really should. This is not something you’re good at. Then when the food gets to the table, it’s all wrong. We ordered the new bacon cheese fries. According to the picture and description they have reg fries, chicken chunks, bacon, cheese, and ranch. I pointed to the picture and said “I’d like that please with no ranch with an order of boneless bbq wings”. Not too difficult right? They came out with cold waffle fries, two pieces of bacon, and a spoon full of cheese right in the middle and no chicken. We asked the server where the chicken was, he said “there is two versions of that dish and thought we ordered the other one”! Didn’t even try to fix the problem or bring us some chicken. What a joke this place is!!! The manager just stood at the end of the bar and watched us eat! That’s all he ever does in all the years we’ve gone there! When the bill came, I realized we paid 15.00 for five boneless wings that were cold and old. Obviously they wanted to use up all the old food on us! They got over on us for the last time! We will never be back to Applebee’s! We don’t want anything from you guys but hopefully we can spread the word about how gross and underwhelming this place really is. I will make sure all our friends and families know as well so as to save them the time , money, and bad experience. We will recommend they go somewhere else and steer clear of that place. Even as a last resort, somewhere else(even an AM/PM cheeseburger) would be better!! Good luck and you deserve what you get if you choose to frequent this establishment!
Had a great supper at this Applebees.
We were really hungry and they were quite busy but they found a place for us.
They were also very helpful adjusting the room temperature for us as the air conditioning was blowing. I rarely find a place that will do that.
And we treated ourselves to a new untried cocktail. It was a fun evening with a great server.
A situation had occurred at Applebee's with the staff and I and With love and respect Victor the general manager Spring into action to resolve our issue. He was quite the gentleman I was able to get in contact with corporate through Victor. The lead Being Josh Klein A stand up gentleman who handled the situation with care and urgency was able to put to rest All of my concerns. Because of his leadership This is the best Applebee's I've ever been in. If any situation ever rises for you be prepared to be listened to and taken seriously thank you Victor thank you Josh I appreciate you very much.
We were here twice in 4 days while we were in the area and both times service was excellent! First time we had half price appetizers, wonton tacos and quesadilla, both delicious. Second time we came for all you can eat boneless wings and half price appetizers. They brought small portion of fries and 10 wings but came over to refil bringing 5 wings and dozen fries. Portion control. LOL Oh, I was playing trivia game and no were did it tell me that I will be charged for it. Just saw it in the bill for $1.99. Meh.
