Came in tonight for my mom’s birthday, our server was Keira and she was absolutely fantastic! Super friendly, accommodating and was very attentive! The food was really great, had no wait and was greeted immediately. Always have a great experience going here!
Ribs were very tasty. They also filled me up. The server had to warm them up before I finished. I don't know if I eat slow or there was that much before I could finish them. The desert was equally great. (Brownie bites). Two dinners, drinks, and desert for under $38 is a good deal to me.
We have not been in a while because the food wasn't the greatest but we went this past weekend and it was excellent so maybe they got new staff. Plus pricing has changed in a couple of new things on the menu. Finally, they had a very boring menu? This time they added some new things and new specials which is a plus so it was great all around!
I’ve been to this location many many times with Nicholas as my server I always have a wonderful experience. Food is always hot and tasty services friendly and fast. I never leave disappointed. I definitely would recommend for everyone to request Nick as their server!!!
Vanessa was our waitress and does an outstanding job. we ordered the Asian salads. they are huge and delicious. an appetizer is also included. we got the boneless wings with mild sauce. The sauce is a bit Spicer that us old folks cared for. Vanessa noticed we didn't care for the sauce and got the general manager to come to our table . Chad Benson , the general manager explained the different sauces to us and suggested the bar b que sauce as a better choice. He then had the kitchen make us another order of wings . these folks go all out to make a dining experience the best it can be.
I was there yesterday. The food was good. I was just disappointed in the service. Our server, at first was on top of things. We ordered drinks. Then appetizers. After that we were basically forgotten. She finally came back and took our order. 10 mins later a couple came and sat across from us. The same server got their drinks. Then went back and took their order. A little more than 20 minutes passed and the couple received their order while we were still waiting. They had ribs and chicken at their table. We were simple, with burgers. I did not ask about our food as I don’t trust servers when you question them. Finally after another 10mins our food came out and of course, it was cold. I eat here every so often (3-4 times a year) and it usually is a hit or miss. Guess yesterday was a miss for me.
MUST READ: Spend your money elsewhere. Any place is better than this one.
The hostess that greeted my party and me had an attitude from the start. We were baffled as to why but She was condescending when asked for a secondary kids menu. We thought she might’ve had a bad day so We let it be and didn’t mention anything tried to enjoy the moment and took our seat. A few minutes later my eldest daughter told me the lady kept looking at our table and giving my family and I dirty looks. We weren’t sure what her deal was, she was nearby when my daughter brought this up to my attention to which I told her if she keeps doing it to feel free to ask if there’s a problem. She must’ve over heard the conversation because we didn’t see her again. My food had a very small, flat, and sour tasting mashed potatoes. My wife decided to mention it to the waitress, she asked if I wanted something else which I thanked her and kindly declined. No manager approached us to find out what had happened with our experience here. We were polite, paid our $236 bill and left to buy a desert elsewhere.
