For a kids meal, you get an entree and a side. An additional side is $.99!!!! The manager charged me $2.49 for a basket of fries. I didn’t order a basket of fries. My daughter ordered a cheese pizza with fries and mozzarella sticks; therefore, the mozzarella sticks are suppose to come up as $.99, but instead he still charged me $2.49. Had to wait to get water for myself and my daughter. Just horrible! I won’t be coming back to this location at all.
Great experience overall. Restaurant was nice and clean. Seemed kind of understaffed but the bartender helped service my table with no problem.
Food was good. The sauce on the mild wings had a little more vinegar in it which was surprising but not a bad thing. The bourbon mushrooms burger was delicious. I couldn't finish the fries the plate was so big!
Parking in front is small so go around to the back for their main parking.
I come here often for work and never disappointed. Consistent. And my main server / bartender Mary is the best ;)
We had to sit at the bar because they didn't have enough servers for us to sit at a table. Which is fine, but as we sat down, order our drinks there were definitely quite a few employees standing around. Just seemed like the employees didn't want to be there, like it was the worst day of their lives. Then I guess an employee was having an issue with cashing out her stuff, and the MOD was getting really aggravated with this sweet girl because she didn't know where her stuff was. How about instead of getting aggravated and mad at an employee help and guide them. The food was okay, it's Applebee's and I'm not a fan of the food but I had a coupon for a free appetizer so I said why not. And they didn't have the appetizer we ordered so we had to settle on mozzarella sticks.
2nd time in 2 months went there & both poor to HORRIBLE service. Had to recook the food. Wings & pasta came cold. Steak came Terrible. Went Saturday night to speak with management & evidently only the general manager can give credits.. and he doesn’t call back. Now Wednesday & still no call.
so now 5 days from their "click here & we will review" - no call, no reply, what a shame, went here because we frequent them in NY, now that we move here looks like they don't take the same care in services. So now 2 weeks later still NO response from corp. or store management.
Always love coming here. Best customer service ever. The drinks and the friendly staff. My husband, our two kids and I love coming as a family and spend time together
I keep saying I won’t go back to this particular Applebee’s because of the service & the food. I absolutely will NEVER darken the door of this place again!!! The absolute worst!! The last two times I’ve ordered a steak medium rare, and it has come out burnt to a crisp…no exaggeration…burnt and chewy (well,well,well done). There were only 3 other people in there when I entered; we ordered immediately, and it took almost an hour to get served. One of my party couldn’t even eat, he had to leave for a meeting; that’s how long it took. I had to go ask the bartender for another drink, I had to ask another waitress for our bill. Our waiter never came back one time. I am sooooo disappointed with this place. Avoid it at all costs. It’s only the 3rd time in my life I’ve never a tip. They would rather play on their phones and watch Tik-Tok videos than help their own customers. STAY AWAY…you’ve been warned.
Applebee's you never fail to disappoint,unfortunately. Having enjoyed dinning at your restaurants in the past I have to say today's experience takes the cake. I watched the manager (she was wearing a purple shirt) stuck money in her bra, make several drinks, and then decided digging in her ear would be a great thing to do next, and she NEVER WASHED HER HANDS or the shaker. There were so many things going on that shouldnt have been and it would take to much time. Highly disappointed is an understatement! DO BETTER!
