Service was great. My food came out sizzling hot. I usually order carryout to go. This time me & my husband decided to eat inside. Food taste so much better in the Restaurant.
Food was okay, service was fast and great. I liked the shrimp Tex Mex bowl and the spinach dip, the soft pretzels were okay too but the steak was a fail.
The steak was tough. The broccoli was hard. I sent the mozzarella sticks back because the cheese had the consistency of rubber. The fries were ok. The pretzel sticks were delicious.
Fast, polite, and excellent service all around.
The food was good, the timing was perfect. If I lived closer, I would visit this location often.
Sharoya? I'm sorry for not remembering, but it was absolutely amazing! She was due to get off when we came in. She didn't seem to mind and never missed a step. Drinks were always full. She was on top of the whole dinner. I let her know how much we appreciated her. Super friendly, and her customer service was top-notch!
First off, my wife and I wanted a quiet meal; we did not want to listen to a DJ playing music so obnoxiously loud that we were literally feeling it in our kidneys. We got a sad, useless "sorry" from the waitress with no improvement in the noise level. Food was very good, but we were unable to enjoy it. The vibrations from the music were actually hurting my wife's scars from her surgery. We ate as fast as we could, paid and left. We won't be returning, and we'll be filing a complaint with corporate.
Went 7/17/24 was seated, I'm hoping our waitress was new because she was very uninformed about drinks and menu items. We deciding to order combo appetizer to start, well she brings food out with no utensils or plates. We started to eat what was the worst mozzarella sticks which tasted like cardboard ,only to try the boneless wings or should I say fried lump of bbq crap. The dip and quesadeas were just ok. This is second time I've been there in 2 years and both time's was terrible. Won't be back.
Waitress was prompt in taking our drink and food orders, Food came to table in a short period of time. Food was delicious, atmosphere was pleasing for the occasion.
