Best WLM Reviews
I’m not going to lie, after reading the reviews while standing in line made me a bit worried. I really wanted to walk out!! Especially because the whole greeting/waiting experience was living up to the reviews. However, the food actually turnt out great. Spinach/artichoke deep was so good. Husband’s first time trying and he enjoyed it. Everything was served fresh!! Server was attentive and quick with getting our drinks/food. We visited for the $2LIT July promo and they were pretty decent for just $2. The only complaint I would have to say is that the hostess definitely seemed clueless as to what her tasks were. She just looked so lost in the sauce; Twirling hair while speaking with customers, and just not very prompt. Which is my main reasoning for 4 stars.
When we walked in the hostess immediately seated us. Not a short time after we encounter are waitress Brittany. She was the best. Never had to ask for a thing, she was on top of it all. Thank you Brittany your awesome ????. The lady's room smell really bad and was dirty. Needs a janitor.
This is my first time coming to this location and I will never be back. I walked in and I was told there were only two servers and then I said can I sit in this section and she said no it's closed so then I pointed out the booth to my right and I asked if I could sit there she no we're not going to sit nobody there because the lights are turned off so then I asked about sitting right at the table in front of us close to the bar she no we can't pick our own seats and she said it would be a 20-minute wait because there's only two waitresses. I think it's bs that I can't sit where I want to, I just got out of the hospital so I was trying to find a comfortable seat but anyway they just lost my hundred dollars that I was going to spend in there. This is freaking ridiculous????
Great place that welcomed a large family late at night. Food was served hot and had a wonderful waitress, Kennedy. The manager came out to greet everyone with a smile.
Visited few days back for lunch and had freshly served food . We had ordered some chicken n shrimp (both were tender) . We noticed only one person was serving around all the tables which eventually lead to the late arrival of our food . Nevertheless we thoroughly enjoyed our food .
Kennedy at the Nashville Applebees provided the most phenomenal service I’ve ever experienced. The food was fresh, delicious, and came out quick for a party of 18! We called the manager to brag on our experience and wanted to leave a review for others. I stopped eating Applebees for years but this may change my opinion!
When you call in to ask about your car side order and the manager rudely says “we don’t do curbside baby you gonna have to come in” but the sign says “dont get up, we come to you”. Love that.
Wouldn’t mind it if there wasn’t a sign that said otherwise and a manager with a little less attitude
When we came into the establishment it was not very busy that night so after we waited about 5 or 10 minutes into the hostess came. After being seated it took another 15 minutes for the server to come greet us. After the server greeted us and we ordered drinks and asked the server to put in our daughter's food first. By the time she came back with the drinks the adults ordered their food and we waited another 45 minutes for all our food to arrive at the table.
