I always either order for pick up but today i did delivery and called so i could get extra extra limes. (on the app is says extra lime) the guy i talked to was super nice and gave me lots extra and i never have any issues when i pick up my order. 5/5 ……11/10 because their staff deserve the recognition they are all so sweet.
I typically love Applebees but I moved away for a couple years and had other Applebees and came back to the one in Roseburg and it’s just gross now. I’ve went there a few times since January. Today I ordered wings and it’s literally wings with melted parm (I ordered garlic parm) literally no sauce. I ordered the 4 cheese Mac with honey chicken they screwed up and put no sauce on honey chicken and my noodle’s literally no matter how much you mixed it there still wasn’t enough sauce for the noodles. Some were dry. Not sure if they’re trying to save money but it’d be best to save your service and want people to come back. I am over giving chances. Their breadsticks and fries are great, my kids lave them but anything with sauce is a no go… don’t order it if it has sauce or ask for extra!
I came here around lunch time with my family and I don’t have anything bad to say. We got four meals including the chicken fingers, Cajun chicken and red potatoes, oriental salad, and the fish and chips plus an appetizer. Everyone likes their food and our server was extremely nice and helpful to anything we needed and held great conversation
While the parking and the servers are very nice, the LONG WAIT is at an unacceptable level. The times visited, all three from entry to getting food was an hour. Once we had to get our order packed to go. Half of this is waiting to be seated, the half is waiting for the food. Clearly there is a staffing issue and it needs to be addressed. Let me know when your roster is back to standards and I'll return. (Bar seating was not an option as I had my children with me)
This place has a great menu! Too bad they don't adhere to it for delivery orders. Got stiffed on Beer Cheese and mustard on the Pretzel appetizer. Ordered again, and called twice, and still got only Alfredo sauce in place of Beer Cheese and, again, no mustard. This place might be great for dining in but delivery is not recommended as they clearly aren't paying attention in that department.
Very well made chicken burger and wonton tacos. I didn't love the screens on the table, but they were convenient for paying. The waitress was friendly and the service was quick.
My husband received his food and server asked what I was waiting for .. mind you this wasn't the hostess or server .. After listening to cook being yelled at I wasn't surprised. 10 minutes later I wanted meal canceled as my husband's food was consumed and yes I was hangry .. Thank you for ruining dinner and date night .. my dogs thank you for leftovers I was given. Hostess and waitress were great! Thanks for nothing but disappointment !!! Your kitchen and expediting crew is less than par to say the least
We ordered and they were not busy. Luis Q our server took our order but two parties that came in after us got their food when we never did. This was after waiting 50 minutes. He never came by to see how we were doing or tell us what was happening. He also could not even remember to bring us water. He was too busy chatting up the two ladies seated behind us. The only saving grace was the manager and the sweet hostess with a butterfly tattoo. They were extremely helpful in the matter. Paid for the drinks and left.
