Our family decided to eat dinner at Applebee's for my deceased Mother-In-Laws Birthday today!!! It was son cold, a lot of the guests were complaining!!! There was an elderly lady in there, wrapped in a blanket!!! She looked so uncomfortable!!! I understand it's the summertime, but this was too much!!!
Our party of ten was seated in about fifteen minutes, which wasn't too bad!!! The Server seemed knowledgeable of the menu, had some good recommendations, and seemed pretty upbeat!!! We got our drinks and ordered our food shortly after that!!!
After a while, everyone had their food except my four year old!!! For some reason, his chicken and fries took a long time!!! My lady didn't get the alcoholic beverage she ordered and her sister's chicken Nuggets were very hard!!! She asked the Server why and she said the oil was probably old!!! ???????????? At that point, the order was not edible and she didn't want to wait for another one!!! I had the Bourbon Chicken with Brocoli!!! I substituted the Mashed Potatoes, but if I would've known I was only getting about three pieces of Brocoli, I wouldn't have!!!
All-in-all, this experience wasn't the greatest and I'm not sure when we'd be back here!!! It was so cold, some of the food was like warm and none of the cheese melted in any of the noodles!!!
Waitress was top notch. Burger was overcooked and crispy. Steak was good. Restaurant needs a remodel for sure. Was hot inside too like the AC wasn’t working.
Haven't been here for awhile decided to come in for Valentine Day with my husband. Was a little bomb out because they were out of the one thing a came here for which is the wonton taco. But overall we had a great time. Thumbs up to our server Isazah. He was on point on our order and made sure we had everything we needed by checking up, not haven't us trying to wave him down. Do recommend.
This was our first time here. We ordered garlic boneless wings for appetizers. Quesadilla burger with fries, mushroom Swiss burger with fries for entree. Strawberry lemonade and captain Morgan shark bowl (I think) for drinks. Overall food was great. The captain Morgan shark bowl drink was too sweet. Although our nice server warned me. It said, tropical that’s why I ordered it. I thought I’d taste something fruity. More like a slurpee/slushy from any gas station or convenient store. Anyways, I will not order that drink again.
Came here with my husband for lunch. We haven't been here since 2017. Everything seems the same. Servers always checking in. Food didn't take long and portions were pretty big. Checking out was the simplest as you can pay with the tablet on the table.
Had 12 in our group. Love the 2 for $25 deal .. 1 appetizer n 2 meals for my Hubby and I.
We got great service from Cory .. attentive , efficient n friendly .. she took care of us very well . Thank you
Food and drinks were pretty good. Wait was a bit long when there were a lot of open tables, so I’m not sure if they were understaffed or what. Staff was nice enough. Not sure I’d go back as we saw not a single smile nor heard a single laugh from anyone, guests and staff, during our entire visit. Hope everything is okay.
I went there for my birthday. Jackie was our waitress I decided just because I always tip gave her $5 at the end of it all. How ever The girl was nice. But had No personality I said I'm here for my birthday it's was like a monotone response when she said happy birthday to me "no excitement" I had the triple cheese penne pasta dish my friend had cheese burger. Jackie for got my friends pickles she requested. I got the tropical Long Island iced tea it was really really really really really good ended it with the mini cinnabon swirls. She did bring us extra napkins that was nice. I was so stuffed. If your looking for a good time to eat lunch waiting till all the kids are back in school lol & go at 12:30 perfect time frame ????
