Meredith was very nice but not super attentive. Most of the wait staff is too busy yapping to tend to tables. Showed up at 5:45 on a Tuesday. They’re at maybe 35% capacity and that’s being generous. Only one seeming to hold their own is the bartender and as my luck has it I’m not here for drinks. Appetizer was served with only crumbs of chips. We asked for more chips (hoping for fuller ones lol) got more crumbs. Bottom of the bag or what? crazy how not busy it was and how cruddy the service was. Food was edible but ground beef had a funky cross contaminated (seasoning?) taste to it.
Stopped this evening for the $9.99 meal deal. I got the chicken sandwich and my husband got the burger. Placed the order over a hour ahead of time so I could pick it up on my way home. It was supposed to be ready at 7:15 but I didn’t get it until about 20 minutes after that. Oscar was bringing food out to a neighboring car and verified my name and told me the food would be out soon and they were making fresh fries. He came back out in a couple minutes. He was very polite and seemed to genuinely care. Food was cooked and prepared as ordered and can’t beat the price. Overall a good visit.
Sat at booth in bar area ..the girl working the area completely dismissive never returned to get order..finally the male bartender came to get my order and was very attentive despite being over extended with the bar& providing service for booths. OAN it was very longgg wait just for Food to be throwed together .wontons slaw so messy big pieces of slaw and way too much sauce so much so that they broke when try pick them up. Quesadillas were way too salty. The music was great tho enjoying the vibe there....later when asked same girl for a togo box she NEVER bought it. So after waiting over 10 minutes I asked bartender who got it right away.
Service was ok food I ordered a steak top half was cooked medium bottom rare it was kinda gray before I sent it back then it came back extra gray and hard ughhhh!!! Un edible
Ordered curbside..that was fine…BUT was unable to eat my 8 oz steak due to 6 oz of fat, grissel and connection tissue. I wouldn’t even give it to my dog., Unfortunately what do I do when I get home and begin eating… go back? Maybe if they actually provided a quality product then I could eat it. At least my potatoes and broccoli were good.
We called before hand and asked about special on Monday night. Was specifically about the cheeseburger and fries. Last time we went was unlimited fries. Was told by a guy on phone still unlimited fries. When we ordered then asked for refill the server went and got manager on duty a red tinted haired older lady. Was told the training manager was on the phones that night and we lied. I called and asked. Was told yes. If was a no that was fine, but don't call me a lier. She never even asked anything just came over and kept explaining with a attitude about how that used to be but no more. Her training manager would never say that. She had an attitude when I seen her on floor before that also. This is our go to place for wings but I have never been called a lier like that before. I have had attitude before at restaurants and I have worked as a bartender and waitress plenty before. But it seems like they are putting anyone as manager now days. The server Ernesto was fabulous. He deserves a 10 the manager a 0. They need customer service classes for managers not longevity
Anna took our very specific order and she showed what a fantastic server is. My wife and I are very picky, we order strawberry lemonade and it can be destroyed by not adding enough or adding too much flavoring. It was perfect! Which I've sent back numerous in the past. Extra crunchy fries, which again too long in the fryer, burnt! Not long enough, soggy. She told them to add a certain amount of minutes to the fries and they were perfect! Next the burger. Sautéed onions not burned, mushrooms the same. She guided the cook and it was phenomenal! Having an extremely bad day and she made our evening great. As I said, we're extremely picky or some call crotchety. But with servers like her, all can be turned around in the time it takes to eat a dinner.
My boyfriend and I come here every Thursday late night from Lakeland and we love it ! Chad is the best bartender and gives the best service. He has our order memorized and is super friendly. Are food always comes out fast and taste amazing ! Chanelle and Anna are also amazing and very personable, definitely recommend asking for one of them!!
