It's my birthday today and my daughter decided to go to Applebee's. Our waiter Grace and her amazing trainee, as well as the GM James were awesome, amazing, and fantastic. We had the most wonderful customer service with great smiles. Great talks the food was cooked perfectly shout out on the chef too.
My day was not so good, but coming to this location was the best decision ever. You all made this birthday one to never forget. ????????????????????????????????????????????

We love this place it has become our new regular weekly date night place. The service is amazing and the deals are great too especially with the half off appetizers. GM is also super great and very hands on the floor helping out all the time. Even on busy nights the wait is never too long!
Ended up going here only because we didn't feel like waiting 30 minutes to be seated at the Chili's next door. Boy are we glad we ate here. Jack (and his trainee Zack) took our orders and they were the nicest waiters we've had in quite some time. The burgers were cooked just as we requested, they came out in short order, the fries were hot/crispy and seasoned just right and everything tasted delicious. We'll have to make Applebee's a more regular stop in the future.
Had the Bourbon St chicken and shrimp and it always seems to come out good. Always love that dish. Service was decent considering the place was almost empty. Atmosphere was kind of weird considering how slow it was.
There was a leak on the roof and we had water drip down on us. After we switched tables, there was another leak that was dripping on the table again.
Service wasn’t great. Had to constantly seek the waiter for refills, and he took a really long time to get our bill.
Food is expensive for what it is, and the drinks were bad.
Manager seemed apologetic, but the whole experience was pretty underwhelming.
Worst service ever. The girl up front didn't even send us a waitress the first 10 minutes we went without drinks. It took 3 different waitress to attend us cause they kept forgetting us and the place was very slow. So I don't understand why. And I had to ask for our dishes to be removed as the girl from up front passed up lots of times but never once got a waitress to get our dishes as the girl up front just stood around.
The servers were super nice. The food on the other hand needs a lot of work. I ordered a burger and I thought it was super good but every bite I took grease would leak out. By the time I was done I had a grease soup. I'm sure other food is good but the burgers aren't worth it.
