Waitress can be a little friendlier
The soup bowl came filled to one third of capacity.... A little less than half way off the depth of the spoon
Went here on Monday (11/18/2024) after work around 5: 45 pm. One of the two bartenders were working, other management and the other bartender did not appear to be working, bartender standing around. I watched them server everyone, 5 or 6 guys/some twice, at the bar with exception to myself, they just walked by and said nothing. Set there for 20 minutes until I asked the bartender, one not working, if I could get some service and she stated she was new, I replied with how hard is it to offer someone a menu and ask if they wanted a drink. She states nothing, I ask to speak to management and he comes over and states have you been helped I said no, been here for 20 minutes or so. He replies with, so no body has said anything and starts to laugh and I replied with no again. He starts to laugh, again, as though something was funny. I get up and leave!! Disappointing experience to say the least!! Why spend your money in a place that doesn't want your business. Note: this is not the first time but it will surely be the last.
It's was very expected the service and the food was basic as always.

I didn't give you 1 star which I would if it was. But it was basic, nothing great. I had 9 -10 green beans. My steak was highly undercooked but who get a medium rare perfect ever time.... our server, was 2024 up beat woke kid I saw once, we had to ask for refills kinda of kid. Thought he/she/them was cool! It was busy AND VERY BASIC!!! Go to an apple bees where there's a vibe. That's cool. Go to an apple bees where the cook knows what time it is and adds love. ???? **** keep your creepy code... improve your business

It it’s only for the great service of Mr. Morman the five stars ⭐️ are not enough. This waiter deserves more. The food ???? is great, the service is top notch, and the atmosphere is fun. The Alfredo is delicious, the chicken and shrimp is excellent, and the garlic ptarmigan wings are the best. The price is really cheap for a great restaurant.I could eat there anytime ????
Our server Giselle was great and very attentive. Food came out hot and delicious. The managers also checked on our table frequently to make sure everything was going smooth.
Great service from the minute I stepped through the doors! Service was amazing, Giselle is super friendly and attentive. I also think management deserves special recognition, saw them asking everyone how everything was going. 10/10
