The salad was delicious! I should have ordered my dressing on the side to save a few calories. The steak was okay, not spectacular. The bathroom floors were damp, as if the plumbing needs attention.
After the server gave us drinks (water and tea), we waited over 15 minutes for a server to return to take our order. She never came back. We left money for the tea and then left. The place was NOT crowded!
Came for a quick simple lunch. Picked chicken fingers because A) I'm a child and B) they are quick and delicious. $9.99 for the meal and in/out in less than thirty minutes. Mission accomplished. The service was good and I didn't find anything complaint worthy.
Spoke with the manager and he's a great guy also. I will be haunting the place often for lunch because I always appreciate great management.
Zippy and the manager Stanley were absolutely phenomenal. We came in when it was clear they were in the weeds. We were already sitting at the bar when Stanley came in and from the moment he walked in - he was there to work - running food, taking orders, helping clean tables. I even heard him tell another server "we have a nice family of four at the front, please get them seated." So professional, cool, calm and collected. Zippy was our bartender and was also waiting several tables. She was able to offer everyone exceptional service and kept a positive attitude with the patrons. Exceptional employees, very impressed.
I appreciate that this location tries to keep it clean and work as a team. Multiple servers checked on us and the manager came out as well to check on us. Used to be Applebees was on the lower end of restaurants and the more upscale steak houses were a better experience. Not so much anymore, I have had terrible service and poorly cleaned restaurants for the past 6mos so it's a nice surprise to have friendly attentive service and a cleaner environment. Might just stick to coming back here more often for a more consistent experience.
Celebrated some of my mom 80th bday here. Food was good,service excellent, were short staff management made it work greatly
Went in about 8:30. Were seated quickly restaurant was about 35% full. Never talked to anyone nor did anyone acknowledge our existence so after 15 minutes and watching waitresses turn around to not have to walk near us we got up and walked out. Sad
We came in with almost 20 people at 11:30 am unannounced. They quickly seated us, service was excellent. I ordered a Christmas special and it looked just like the picture and tasted delicious.
