I absolutely LOVE this Applebees!! I have had the BEST service!! I am definitely going to be a regular here!! The bartender is Luke and he makes THE BEST perfect margaritas! I ordered the Blue Raspberry and Mango Perfect Margaritas and they were top tier!! I had the brand new wing sauce Hot Honey Glaze and they were delicious! Everyone here has AMAZING energy!! Like I said, I’m a new regular!! The manager Truly is also wonderful and so friendly! Melissa is the General Manager and she is so sweet!! The music was awesome the entire time and the vibes were perfect!!
This place is a joke. Not one of the the staff members has any enthusiasm at all. The place only had 6 tables and we had waited for at least 20 minutes after getting our drinks to order our food. Then when we got our food our order was wrong, but we ate it any way. Then no one checked on us until we were finished eating. I’d stay clear of this place if I was you. Also it’s like all staff went on break at the same time.
Kaden, the hostess with the mostess did a great job creating us went above and beyond making sure our table was clean came by and helped the server as needed was a great experience
Also our server was Marietta M was extremely professional made sure we new exactly what we ordered answered all questions and a quick delivery of drinks and our supper.. She was kind and very professional she gave us a great experience
It was late, I got it. I only ordered some nachos and margaritas. I sat at the bar, and the bar tender seemed attentive at first, but as they got closer to close, she became more interested in dancing to another employee. I get it. Have fun at you r job. Couple tables out of water and needed checks. Customer first or not.
0 out of 10 don't recommend. A parry of 13 waited for over 45 minutes to havw our ordered entered into the system and still never got the opposite to eat. The manager Connie was very rude and didn't take accountability for the lackluster service she had her hands in. Instead she canceled the entire party's order and left what was supposed to be an enjoys occasion into a disaster! If she's allowed to run a shift and/oe store like this, Applebee's you cannot be serious about your revenue!
I and my beautiful wife attended this restaurant this evening, and before our food came out she felt sick. She went in the restroom and the manager and several staff members were very attentive. I greatly appreciated them. Though we didn’t get to eat, we’ll definitely come back to experience this restaurant. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.
Had a great experience... food was awesome..Ashley k.. was our server.. she was so friendly and went above and beyond to help us out.
Both the manager & Luke (bartender) were absolutely awesome & very accommodating! Perfect customer service here. Can’t ask for much better. Definitely returning!
