My food was fine. But how much fun is it when your companion's meal is so poorly made he didn't even want to order something else. So, I ate. He didn't. His order was the baby back ribs. He said it tasted like they had been boiled in a pan of water in an oven! with the BBQ sauce added after the fact. AND they placed the packets of wet wipes IN the plate.. wedged under the ribs... How sanitary is that?
We called the manager to the table. He had absolutely nothing to say except sorry. Someone sends a whole plate back and all you say is sorry... I remember a time in which the manager would beg your pardon AND treat you and your party for that visit and/or give you a complimentary meal.. to strive to insure that you will return. Tsk tsk. Because we probably will not. Because my meal was fine, there was half the chance. But subpar customer service always guarantees all beats off. Too bad.
My server was great! Food severe the purpose of my hunger. But when I walked in some of the tables weren't clean, and so was the floors. I almost didn't want to eat here. So I give it 2 stars ???? ????
Alissa did a great job as our waitress. She was very personable and went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable and had a great date night. She even had the heat turned on for my wife who’s always cold.
Had to check out the $1 Margaita.Had to get all three different flavors! The service at the bar was outstanding! I also had the boneless wings, fries, and broccoli which was delicious.
Waitress was very polite and professional. She checked on us several times to make sure we were good. If we asked for something she returned very quickly with it. Great experience
Waiter was cool and tried to do his best do to the circumstances. Being short a cook really messed them up. Food didn't come all at the same time, got my drink after my food came, and hostess just I don't know what to say About her. Food was not great it was OK and I'm being nice.
While passing thru town on a road trip we decided to stop and grab a bite at Applebee's. Our waitress Alissa provided great service and she was very pleasant. The burgers were great...!!!
It was all good. Had to ask them to take it back to cook the broccoli longer as they didn't do it the first time but that's more because I can't chew hard broccoli.
The waitress was amazing. It was a little d'air but otherwise okay. Was annoyed they were out of alcohol, but figure they'd had to a party so that can't be helped.
