1st time at Applebee's in a long while.
Was having lunch with a family friend.
My partner hadThe Lime Chicken Fiesta and I had The Penne pasta with chicken Tenders.
My partner said His lime chicken was good but a tad too much cheese. My pasta & chicken Tenders was good.
Our server was ok. Stayed on top of the refills friendly.
The Sweetest Manager & Waitress Penny. They make coming here worth it. Always so sweet & personable. Never neglectful. My mother-in-law and I came in for brunch && after just chit chatting and making conversation with them; our appetizers were on the house????.
With the holidays here; always be grateful & show kindness especially with anyone who works with the public.
Our waitress Jennifer was so cute, funny and a joy to have waiting on us. My husband had the blue long island and one was green and tasted like straight pineapple juice. I had a steak but it looked like a chunk of roast. Had to send back because it was too red. Took so long our waitress put in a too go container. If it wasn't for our waitress it would have been a negative experience.
A mediocre Applebee's all around. Everything is very give and take; some days the service and food are okay, some days they are terrible. Okay food if you are looking for a quick bite. My burgers are always dry or overwhelmed with grease. Most meat dishes are always dry.
Food was cooked to perfection! Great cook, waitress was on point and very present, thanks for an amazing dinner guys!
Ribs are great and their only saving grace, otherwise I would not come here again. I ordered dinner tonight to go and there was a crawling spider in one of the boxes. I paid more for extra sauces but did not receive all of them. My dinner was also supposed to come with a Kids drink but I didnt receive it. Pasta looked like it had been sitting out for a day, old and greasy and hard. I do not recommend this location.
Convenient location near Mall of Monroe, Starbucks, Hobby Lobby and Lowes. High volume establishment for weekend dinner hours. It could appear that the restaurant was understaffed but ALL servers helped eachother get food out for other customers.
Our meal was hot and fresh despite a wait time of 22+ minutes.
Me and my group had a blast, Jessica was amazing, she made me the tastiest drinks and brought such a fun vibe to the night!!
