My server was awesome. I was in the middle of working at Lost Lands and came for my birthday lunch before shift and he really did a great job despite that he had quite a few tables to take care of. He also gave me a free sweet treat to go since it was my bday.
I recently dined at Applebee’s in Heath, Ohio, and I must say, it was a delightful experience. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the friendly staff. The atmosphere was inviting and casual, perfect for a relaxed dining experience with friends or family.
The menu offered a wide variety of options, from classic American dishes to more creative culinary twists. I decided to try their signature riblets, and they were absolutely delicious—tender, flavorful, and cooked to perfection. The BBQ sauce was just the right amount of tangy and sweet, making each bite a treat. I also sampled the classic Caesar salad, which was fresh and crisp, complemented by a generous portion of creamy dressing.
What truly stood out during my visit was the exceptional service. Our server was attentive without being intrusive, ensuring that our drinks were always full and checking in to see if we needed anything else. The staff worked seamlessly together, which contributed to a smooth and enjoyable dining experience.
The portion sizes were generous, and the prices were reasonable—making it great value for the quality of food and service provided. Overall, my visit to Applebee’s in Heath was a fantastic experience. I left feeling satisfied, both with the delicious meal and the top-notch service. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking for a great meal in a friendly environment. I look forward to returning soon to explore more of their menu!
Sarah was fantastic! On point on the service! Best waitress I've had in a long while. She was waiting on guests at the bar. Our food came out, & I asked for an extra tartar. Didn't get it right away from the runner. Sarah caught the fact & got the extra tartar for me!

I am a regular that visits this location after work EVERY Sunday. When iI do, I sit at the bar and always receive great service. The Sunday night crew is always so fun to be around. They do what they can even when short staffed and busy. The food is good and the brownie bite is the perfect way to end your meal. A bite of ice cream and a bite of brownie, it will not disappoint.
I completely enjoyed myself at this location. Didn't feel cooperate or franchisee here. Went bk a few times. THE STEAK WAS DELICIOUS. Also bartender was hella awesome.
My wife and I were seated quickly. The restaurant was warm and comfortable on a cold day. We had the spinach/artichoke dip as an appetizer. It was hot, came with plenty of chips, and was very good. We ordered the All American cheeseburgers with fries. Everything was perfect. Plenty of fries. Everything tasted great. Order came quickly despite it being busy. Waitress checked on us many times. Plenty of tvs with sports. Good music. Would def go back. Excellent experience.
We usually go here weekdays. Service has been friendly and quick. Today is Sunday. The bartender was too busy visiting with friends to get to us. Only one other patron at the bar. We had chicken and broccoli Alfredo. There was no visible sauce. Noodles were actually discolored and hard on the edges. We asked for more sauce and did receive it but still couldn’t finish the meal (usually a clean plater). My bourbon chicken and shrimp was just nasty. It tasted strong and it seemed like new onions were added to old mushrooms and onion Anyway, with dessert, I asked the bartender to please make sure there is enough ice cream with the brownie bite to eat the brownie. She said she could bring me an extra scoop. I said ok. Had there been more than a tablespoon of ice cream id have been fine. But when I saw the bill where she added $2 for that minuscule portion -less than a small tablespoon , maybe a rounded teaspoon -I was not happy. I said look, why would you charge that? She never even refilled our tea for goodness sake. But she did ask the ex employee if he wanted his old employee discount. ( he declined) regardless we had told the manager about the food and told her we did not want it removed or discounted but thought she should know. She was lovely. But the bar tender was angry and flat out told us to not come back on Sundays. She’s there every Sunday. We usually tip a minimum of 20%. Often more. But this experience was awful. I could go on and on but so much was wrong that it would be hard to explain. I wish I had taken pictures.
