Spent 20$ on a burger and onion rings only for it to arrive half alive and inedible! I asked for no sauce and still, there was sauce! No ranch for my salad. The cherry on top was being offered 10.09 back… never ever coming back here. They’re going to make someone sick.
Food was fantastic!!! Staff was incredible! Super friendly and helpful. When I went with my Wife it was a little to cold in there but it was manageable. I had the Whisky Bacon Burger and that was so juicy and full of flavor I almost wanted to order another one haha my wife got 4 cheese chicken strip pasta that was really yummy!!! Can't wait to Go back!
I will begin with the great. Our server was fantastic. The food was okay. It was so cold in the restaurant we didn't enjoy our meal. We were visiting the area, it was our 50th anniversary and felt Applebee's was a good safe choice since we didn't know the area. I ended up taking a to-go box back to the hotel so I could get warm. Check the inside temperature before you order.
Applebee's in Durango CO makes the best fish and chips in the world. My husband and I order it on a regular basis. Services is great whether we dine in or have it delivered. The Manager at this location is super nice, efficient and smart! He needs a raise.
Delicious food made to order, everything was amazing. I had a much, much better experience than I did at my last visit to Applebee's (in a different state, not this location)
Went in for lunch on My Birthday. Our server never brought me my non alcohol Pina colada. Even though I clearly heard the bartender announcement that it was ready. Maybe she was offened because I don't drink alcohol? I had to go to the bar to order water. The bartender and manager brought us our food. I heard our server telling other tables sorry for the wait but never apologized to us for not doing her her job. I've worked at Applebee's in the past and was a sever in another establishment for over 7 yrs so I know what good service is and this was not it.
I didn’t like the food much , the pasta was too much sweet and it doesn’t have authentic taste and also the drinks are so so . Wait time is too much . We wait for almost 20 mins
This Applebee's is connected to a hotel, which is right on the waterfront of the Animas River in Durango. It's a busy place, but parking is adequate. Restrooms were also clean.
We were seated right away, but very shortly thereafter, we asked to be moved. This was because of the overly loud conversation two tables away, where every second word was an F-Bomb. The hostess was happy to help.
We ordered quickly, but food delivery was very slow. About 30 minutes, which was not acceptable.
When the food did arrive, we enjoyed a small Caesar Salad, which was big enough to be a meal, and a Cajun Burger, along with a delightful conversation with other guests across from us who were from Israel.
It was twilight when we were finished and we enjoyed a short walk on the river walk.
