Staff needs more customer service training. Our waiter forgot wings that we ordered, never checked on us, and we had to wave him down for our bill. The hostess was more interested in cleaning up a table then assisting a customer with his bill, told another customer she was not his waitress when he asked for a diet Pepsi when she was seating him, and was sitting on the bench by the door with her water bottle and on her cell phone when we left. We were not impressed.
Double check your bill. We had a waitress named Jessica she tried to double charge us for a steak that she knew was on the bill. She said it was the prior customers at the table that she didn't close out.
Steak was MWell instead of MRare but wonton tacos were good. Service was below average - pleasant, but slow and unattentive. My wife and I were set between 3 tables with young, loud kids when there were several tables open nearby.
Waitress Sarah B (with shaved sides and a top bun) was super good!!!! They were so helpful! We had an issue with our meal and she got it fixed immediately and comped the entree for us which we were not expecting at all and super thankful and she threw in a free dessert as well. Super nice super great service, whatever she’s making she deserves a raise !
Honestly the worst service we have ever received. The food was great but the service was very poor. Our server didn’t check on us once. We also waited 30 minutes for the bill because he wouldn’t stop by. We had to then ask him for the bill and waited an additional 15 minutes for him to grab it. We had been waiting so long we had to ask to talk to a manager because we had been ready to leave for 45 minutes now. Good food but make sure your server’s not the guy with the long hair.

Food was good, I ordered 2 for 29$, the food quantity was a bit less. Drinks were great, the bartender was really nice!
I normally think Applebee's is great however the last time we went the food was great but the drink was watery and I mentioned it and she said she'd tell the manager and that's about it. And the drink was a lemonade with mango and then she let me try the lemonade with strawberry and it was watery also... Just a heads up on that.
