Was there Monday. There was an issue with our steaks being cooked well done instead of medium rare. Hannah was able to fix it right away and gave us new whole plates of food for the trouble. She checked in with us often to see how we were and if we needed anything. The food was great and it was nice of her to go the extra distance. When I am in Savoy again I will eat there.
David,the amazing cook made the most perfect steaks for my husband and I. Never had a better one ever. He knocked it out of the park. Our waitress was upbeat and awesome. Loved everything about my visit. My first time here but definitely won't be my last.
I haven't been in a some years. But this place Rocks! We did a Girl's Night Out. Saw a Movie then Movie Dinner After Party. They were busy, two large groups ahead of us. But we were greeted and seating in a timely manner.
The staff were all Friendly and professional! The Food was good and we all had a great time!
We went for my roommate’s 21st birthday and got the dollaritas! The mango was my favorite. Unfortunately their systems were down so we couldn’t order food but we waited a bit and did get our food. They do bring out birthday dessert too
I placed an order online was supposed be ready at 4:31 pm when I got there I waited almost 20 minutes before it was ready. The manager asked me if I had been helped and I explained that I was waiting for pickup order but never came back or updated me. There were only 4 small tables being served at the time. After I got home, the sirloin steak was pure salt. Couldn’t even eat it. The food looked like it had been thrown together quickly and not really appealing looking. I’ve always liked Applebees but after what I spent I was not impressed or happy with service or food.
Food was not bad, my steak could've been more tender, his was perfect, took forever to be seated than had to wait very long time to get a server, there were 10 tables and booths I counted with dirty dishes ornot cleaned, and 5 completely cleaned off, yet people were standing at door waiting to be seated, kinda annoying when your eating by the door and people are hearing our conversations and we heard theirs very loudly, felt uncomfortable. Wasn't pleasant, I realize they were short on staff, but there were 4 waiters only 2 of them did most of work. , they should have called in a couple extra people , it was Saturday, a busy day everywhere, where was the managers and why weren't they helping, .. I'm not going back, even though I love their wonton chicken tacos.. the male bartender was trying his best to help the tables and answer phone and make drinks.. he did a good job, very friendly
Good was amazing. Friendly waitress. Adult beverages were good, took some time to get, but good. Also, had college footballs games on which is a huge plus for sports fan/families.
I'm sorry but recently dining out is a gamble. I got an Alfredo pasta dish minus the tomatoes. It was dry, and the sauce must have come with tomatoes only. But not even a whole chicken breast and it was bland. Hubby got the whole rib meal. I think it was only a half slab, and it only had flavor cause I was slathered with sauce. Let's just say we had plenty left over for the dogs. But the service was great and but did have to deal with flies.
