I loved the environment here. Staff acknowledge your presence, unlike Daytona beach Applebee's, where we were sitting for 20 mins and no one even talked to us. Here, our server was very nice and friendly, too. Food is tasty.
On 11-9-24 We were greeted at the door and politely informed they were busy and short staffed, and their cooks were new. We waited less time than we were told, our server Eliza was GREAT! We didn't wait for anything, and if those cooks were new, they fooled me because the food was perfect! A-team was working tonight. They all deserve raises.
So I understand you won’t get a fine dining experience when you order To-Go, but seriously, there could be some effort. The “garlic Parmesan “ boneless wings included maybe a sprinkle of Italian seasoning and the Parmesan cheese was an after thought and not a very good one. The “homestyle cheesy broccoli” side - y’all charge me $3.99 extra for instead getting steamed broccoli as an included side?! Seriously??? Someone threw a little bit of cheese on the side of this cup of broccoli! $3.99 extra really?! Yeah…. We won’t be using Applebees again. We’re gonna stick to the restaurants where the employees actually put an effort into the food and orders. No thanks, Applebees. MORE than $35/person! NOT worth what y’all charged us!
Please like & share our reviews *^^* We arrived at 7:30pm on a Saturday evening. Place wasn't too busy and a wait of 25 min. If you are in a rush, request a tall table top to be seated more quickly.
The place was clean and staff seemed to really work together on getting orders out.
Before I talk about our server, I want to take a moment to apologize to all the other servers of whom I gave raving reviews to because Victoria our server was the best server we have ever had. She was efficient and extremely thoughtful. She was apologetic when our desserts were slow and took orders from our 5 and 6 yr old allthewhile treating them as if they were family. She could def have a bright future in the hospitality industry.
Our food was great. Kids loved their meals. Was a wonderful night out all around.
Our server Traci was excellent! She suggested a lot of good items. She even replaced my daughter's peach tea because it's not as good as we thought it would be! The pasta dishes are good. The Mexican bowl is okay, not the best! The rice tasted like rice from a box? The chicken was rubbery. Its mediocre.
I only enjoyed this visit because our server is very sweet! Thank you Traci! Other than that, food is lame!!

It was around 3:30 ish and so we were going to Linner
You know what brunch is (Breakfast/ Lunch right?
Well "Linner" is lunch & dinner(we just made that up)
Ok, now since we liked it so much the last time we were in and was out that way (10 miles away) we decided to go again.
ONE 1 person was finishing his meal and another couple came in just ahead of us
also a few guys at the bar
Sooo, you would think not busy huh? You would think you're getting fast, good service right? AND able to get just a hamburger and chicken sandwich correct.
I did not want all of the fixings on my sandwich ESPECIALLY PICKLES! Boy, do I HATE pickles
To me (my opinion) pickles RUIN any meal for me ESPECIALLY when I EXPRESS
NO PICKLES!!!
Oh you know it came with?
PICKLES.
Now, it wasn't the server's fault because she wrote no pickles and it was only on the bottom of the roll.
So, all I asked for was a new bottom part of roll.
Simple you would think right?
Of course not!
So I'm waiting,waiting AND waiting, my chicken is getting warm and the top part of the roll is getting soggy ***UGGH***
(if you follow me you KNOW I like food from the oven, (grill) right to my mouth.
Warm or cold, I will NOT be happy with the meal no matter how delicious the food is supposed to be.
So, yes while I'm waiting, the server is talking at the bar
and she's talking, talking AND talking. I could not catch her attention.
Meanwhile, a new server comes in and I catch her attention and she goes back to check and bring out my bun.
When the new server brings my bun she tells me the cook forgot to do it!!!
Of course, I'm fuming because now I have a soggy bun and warm chicken.
Now, FINALLY the original server comes back and asks how is everything.
When I tell her I just received the bun, she has the NERVE to tell me it takes that long.
I tell her the cook forgot the bun, the top of bun is soggy and my chicken is now on the warm/coldish side
Crickets ...she just stood there looking at me so I said if she stopped having a fun, long conversation with the customer she would have seen me trying to call her over.
We were compt for my meal...this is NOT what I want! I want someone to train her with customer care again!!!
Yes, she did receive her tip from the full price of the meal,
I would never be as rude to not give a bad tip.
I'm not sure we will go back in when it is 10 miles from home with many more businesses to pass
Food was hot and excellent. Restaurant was nice and clean. Waitress Eliza was right there whenever we needed her. Everything was perfect.
Our waitress Bre was a wonderful server. Very sweet, attentive and helpful. Our fries were cold and she immediately got us new hot fries!
