Overall this was a decent place to stop. The service was outstanding and the food was pretty good. We got our food in a timely manner and the appetizer platter was on point. My daughter seemed to enjoy her pizza and fries, so that tells me hers was good as well. Our waitress was very nice and attentive. The alcoholic beverages were a little spendy and on the weak side, though.
This is a great place to have lunch. Comfortable and great music coming over the airwaves.
Burgers were dry and slightly overcooked from what was ordered. The garlic mashed potatoes were also dry, and there was no taste of garlic or butter or anything. Seemed like they pulled the potatoes from the water, mixed them with a beater, and served them as is. Idahoan Packaged potatoes have more flavor and moister. 2 for $26 might be appealing to the eye but not so appealing to your stomach on the end. It's not a good deal for the quality of food. Not to mention, the order wasn't even correct when I did get it home. Don't make the same mistake I did. In the time I waited for the food and the money I spent, I could've just gone home and cooked it myself. I'd be $20 richer.
When my friend and I walked in, it was very slow. Only 3-4 tables. There was only one server working. We waited about 5 minutes to be seated. The waitress was walking around, attending to her tables while we were still waiting to be seated. Once she sat us, she took our drink order. Drinks took a little bit to come out. When she brought us our drinks, she then took our food order. We waited about 20-25 minutes for our food. The food was good, nothing wrong with it. Our waitress didn’t check up on us regularly. Probably only 2 times. Never offered drink refills. We wanted to order dessert but could not get our servers attention. Waited 10 minutes for boxes and dessert. Something that should take less than 5 minutes. My friend and I work in a restaurant so we were understanding and didn’t say anything but it started to get a little much. Props to her because she was literally the only one working in the restaurant but service could’ve been better.
We went during afternoon happy hour on October 5th. The food and drinks were amazing. Our server, Mike went way beyond the call of duty and made sure we got fast service and hot appetizers and entrees. My steak was cooked to perfection at medium rare. Definitely will be returning. 5 starts plus!
Applied for a job. Invited to interview. Received over five messages (email and text) in the last four days reminding me of my interview time and place today. Showed up for my interview on time. Met the manager. Was told the positions were all filled yesterday, but that because of turnover, that could change at any time. No interview conducted, though. Just a waste of my time. For context, since yesterday (12/4/24) I received THREE of those reminders, TWO of them this morning (12/5/24) at 10am, exactly one hour before my interview. I can see why this location has high turnover rates, if they don't even respect potential employees enough to honor their interview window.
Customer service is zero. When we arrive we wait at least 10 minutes before anyone notices us. Workers seem angry. We've ordered food a few times and every time part of the order has been wrong. No more chances, we're done. Oh, and they charge extra for using your debit or credit card.
Ordered baby back ribs to go . they were the driest I've ever had. Tasted like they were under a heat lamp for hours. And, the side of mac and cheese ,while the bacon was good, only the bottom half had any cheese. very disapointing.
