Serenity was a great server. “I had a fantastic experience! The service was top-notch, and she made sure I was satisfied.
As a business owner of this community I think that it is truly disturbing how run down the culture is making this town I don't know why my culture cannot affect the world in a better way and even with a Caucasian manager he could not change the effect of this place we tried to change silverware three different times and each time the knife was disgusting I ordered sweet tea and when I went to drink it was the most bitter unsweet tea I've ever tasted. But what should I expect coming to Applebee's cheap things do cheap things I feel like they're literally wasting space in what used to be a good town. This place is in desperate need of New Management.
Food was good. Server did his job. But if you are white, don't go there, since you will be discriminated against. I warned you beforehand. Waited 1 hour to get food and was the only white family in the restaurant. Everyone got their food, except us. And if we did not complain, we would have had to wait another 30 minutes. When we asked the only white server why it was taking so long, he replied that our food kept getting taken to give to the black tables. There is a problem here. There is nothing wrong with the food or service. But if you are white, expect to wait hours to get food.
Applebee's is good, I went there for my birthday out to dinner, I had Chicken Cheddar Bacon Ranch loaded fries w/ a butter pecan Blondie and a strawberry lemonade, It's so delicious ????✨
Waiter needs to be trained more. Services wasn’t satisfied not one bit. He informed me that they didn’t have a lot of things on the menu so I took the best options they had only to find out they did.
I also ordered a drink and wanted a cup of water before I left so I can drink before driving, my drink was half empty and I was completely done with it.
I asked for water and he told the manager.
She then came to the table and assumed I wanted to take my drink.
no other cup on the table was there to even pour the water into that I didn’t want anymore.
She then told me she can’t give me water until I’m completely done with my alcohol that I didn’t want anymore.
It was very unprofessional.
Had a great time. Food was good. Drinks were good. Waitress was very nice. Menu wasn't up to date as far as what came with your meal or what could be substituted. Ordered the Tender Tuesday. Asked for onion rings. Menu said we could substitute for the fries. Were told no. Also said it came with coleslaw and were told no coleslaw. Pictures of the menu and drink for reference.
The staff was very friendly and fun to converse with. The food was tastefully done!
Applebee's, totally disappointed with the upkeep of this place. As I entered the restaurant, I headed to the restroom. I noticed there were napkin papers all over the floor ... In the restroom, it was not up to par, missing bathroom tissue. Hand paper towels were not available. Leaving the restroom I noticed a few tables had dirty dishes on them. Honestly I wanted to just turn around and go back out the door. But I decided to stay with the group I went with. I can recall a few years ago Applebee's used to be the number one spot to go have lunch or dinner. Hopefully there is not an inspection coming soon for the kitchen. I would be disappointed if there was one and this Applebee's does not pass it. Best, Regards!
