Best WLM Reviews
Went in to get appetizers right before closing and sat in the bar area. It was very clean and we had the best bartender/server u could ever have! She answered all our questions and was very nice to be around. Our food came fast and was very good. Thank u to the bartender Katie and Applebees for making this a great experience!
Our waitress was very Very friendly and was on the ball like they should be. She
had brought our next beverages before we ever asked. She was very attentive to the other tables as well. Food was very good tasteful and was presented with gratitude and professionalism. The atmosphere was like no other and very relaxing to be there.
My friend & I go here for the food because it’s so good, but the past couple times here, the waitress Janelle was our waitress both times and we had issues. The first time our order got messed up and she made it seem like it was our fault, the second time, we got our main meals before our appetizers and they were just sitting in the back. The lady who brought out our appetizers had to make our breadsticks fresh because they were cold, if it was busy I’d understand, but there was almost little to no customers…
They had the most adorable decorations up of Minnesota history. The service was fast and pleasant from everyone, not just our server. The food was hot and fresh and delicious.
Well the wife and I stopped in and order an appetizer and 2 drinks. Then shortly after ordered our food. Then I watch 2 ladies next to us order their food and received it before ours. Had one more drink thinking this happens. Then upset awhile afterwards with no food I asked for our tab. Received the tab with our food on it which we never received. Said the tab was wrong cause we were charged for food we did not receive. The fact that it wasn't caught before that and then brought to the manager and nothing done is crazy. Last time we will ever go there. Also as we watched the manage stand at the bar watching TV and bullshiting with a single guest
Servers and bartenders "forget" to give you your card back, then within a week your card number is all over the place trying to be used! Be mindful when there you might get robbed. Cash is best.
Orderd our food took along time to get our main plates.... the mashed potatoes were refrigerator cold and the broccoli was cool the steak was to be medium but came out hard over cooked no pink even .. the 2nd steak came out under cooked some but choose to box and bring it home. No managers to the table but to kept going going over to the table by the bar that seemed to be known by lots of staff pretty sad to experience that at a restaurant
Veterans Day dinner was delicious! Staff was beyond courteous to every vet that walked thru the doors. It was great to see so many veterans from every branch of service, many who served in numerous conflicts both young and old alike.
