Best WLM Reviews
The overall experience was okay. Our waiter was a little forgetful, but his customer service was great. Each time we got our drinks they were watered down from sitting so long. We were told there was a 45 minute wait to be seated, but it was more like 15 or 20 minutes so that was great. My steak was very tender but it was over seasoned, very salty. I also asked for my steak to be cooked medium, and it came out well done, no biggie. My husband's food was bland and did not have very much sauce in his pasta. The kids seemed to like their food. So for the overall experience it was okay, would this be a regular stop, No.
I feel like I have rated every other Applebee's in town but here goes. We came to this location on a Sunday afternoon with our little family and were seated right away. They were maybe at 25% capacity which after COVID is more like 50%. The food came out after a short wait to order and it looked like it had been prepared and sitting under heat lamps. The fries were crispy and stuck together, the chicken tenders were dry, and even my daughter's kraft mac and cheese looked thirsty. Over all the food and service were acceptable but it didn't inspire courage to return any time soon.
TERRIBLE! Very racist staff, confusion over the menu from the cooks and bartenders! Our waiter was AWESOME (I think). He agreed my drink did not look or smell appropriate. Hopefully he was honest, as I tipped him well. Food was decent. Gangster rap blasting throughout the restaurant. I just wanted to watch the end of the college football game I missed most of, AT A SPORTS BAR AND GRILL! Tiny portions on my riblet platter.
Worst part was, I ordered a double shot of Jameson.... Check out the photos! Barf!
Order food through door dash highly recommend to never do that, they stole my food and when I called door dash about it they stated it’s Applebees place to give back a refund when clearly it was not. But I thank Applebees for working with me and helping me solve the issue. They remade my order and it was delicious! Great customer service and care about their customers. As for as door dash ???? yeah they messing it up for other workers.
Ordered car side pickup and arrived when I was supposed to be there took 40 minutes to get my food and receipt. Ordered salmon and it was so overcooked it was a brick that could be used to build a house. The restaurant was not even busy at that time. The person who brought me my food did say sorry for the wait but there was no explanation as to why they were late or empathy. I work in customer service as well and anytime there is a delay I informed people what the issue was.
Our visit today was absolutely wonderful!! Excellent service, great tasting food, and an amazing vibe!! Our server Kelvin was definitely on point!! Thanks for making our lunch date a perfect one!!!
This was an AMAZING experience. The bartender, CeeCee really had our party taken care of. I really appreciate someone who takes their role and responsibilities with style, and grace, as she does. Would definitely recommend and ask for CeeCee, she is amazing.
Bar service on a Sunday was excellent. Steak was over cooked but the appetizers were a hit!! The drinks were amazing.
