We love going to the Easton Applebee's but tonight was a huge let down. The person who brought out our order was super nice (she is the only reason this review is getting any stars) and we inhaled our onion rings on the way home so we were super stoked for the burgers. Unfortunately they were both raw.... I took a bite into mine and noticed it was pink which my husband had ordered it with no pink since I have a huge raw meat phobia and when I ripped into the bottom of the burger to see how bad it was, it was completely raw. My husband cut into his and it was just as bad. We had to break out our pan and cook them for another 5-10 minutes to get them edible, but I couldn't even stomach mine at that point and now I'm hurling. Very disappointed ☹️
I had an amazing waiter! His name was Thomas and if I could, I’d request him every time! He was such a gentleman, each time he came to our table he approached us with a smile and such a positive attitude. He made jokes, and even continued with the jokes we’d already started, such a cheerful and kind young man. He consistently checked on the table making sure we were more than satisfied. And that we were , the food was cooked perfectly, the service was amazing, and Thomas was a great waiter! It was a great dinner as well as a great service!
Rather that stop at BK for a quick hamburg after a day of shopping we decided that sitting at a real restaurant would be nice. Applebee's was chosen and I decided on the $10 hamburger, FF and soda item. The food was exactly the way I ordered it including crisp FF but the best part of the evening was ASHLEY the waitress. She was exceptional in personality and service. In fact we began to talk to her about her future and she told us what her goals were for herself and her family. A truly delightful young lady with a great future ahead of her. If I had a company she would be on the must hire list just for the amount of work she did when not serving customers but looking after the establishment. Applebee's you hired and exceptional person !
Our bartender Dee was doing her best to keep up with The bar and also surviving tables around the bar. They were three people down today. The manager appeared two or three times but never once offered to help. She is not a very good leader as people were writing bad reviews as they were sitting there not once did the manager, appear to try to make things right or to lend a helping hand to her employees I’m here to tell you it takes a team to run a successful business and the manager is the backbone to success when you don’t have good leadership you’re on the road to failure. Please do better manager step up and help your people .
Ashley was very friendly and attentive when my daughter and myself came in this evening. She was great and the food came out quick as well. Overall great dining experience.
The Greeting by the Host Jennifer was amazing, the way she presented the Establishment was very welcoming. I also noticed her work with cleaning tables and the entrance area, windows, floors and greeting area was well worth appreciation. I've been rating establishments for over 10 years and I found her performance outstanding.????
My car side employee was so friendly. she made sure we had everything we needed before we left, even things we hadn't thought about. Her name was Tyonna and she deserves 5 stars for her attitude and service.
We stopped here on way home from the eastern shore late,after 9pm. We were welcomed immediately.
Thomas our server was awsome. We had boneless wings, chicken wonton tacos, mac and cheese, all of which were great. Irving, the manager was also great. All in all the food was great and the service was better. Mad props to everyone there who helped make our experience wonderful ????????
