Brought the inlaws here for lunch burgers. Had their new Whole Lotta Bacon Burger offering. Other than all 3 burgers being over cooked, fantastic sandwich! Management did offer a discount once the issue was presented. Awesome service from Victoria.
Stopped by to grab a burger to dine in on a whim. The waitress was as cold as the mostly empty restaurant. When I had an issue with the order she immediately assumed I was mad and even told me so and went for management. I ended up getting my order to go. The burger was good. The atmosphere was not. I should have looked at the reviews first????
Ordered onion rings and only received 5. My entire order was over $60.00. Later this week, I came and ordered a medium rare steak but received a well done steak. Not to mention, the portions are small for pickup. Although the servers were pleasant, I don't think I'll be coming here again anytime soon.
I never was a fan of this Applebees I normally do the one on cedar crest but I decided to give them another chance I did a curbside order and I arrived 2 minutes after the time they said it was done called them and they said they’ll be right out. 30 minutes later I called them again because they never brought it out. To top it off when I got my food 3 of the meats I got was undercooked abd really pink. When I specifically added for my meats to be well done no pink. And here is the kicker MY BROCCOLI THAT I GOT WITH MY ORDERS WAS MOLDED!! Disgusted is not the word for this place I will be calling them to make a complaint !!
Joe was exceptionally friendly and provided outstanding customer service. He was very attentive and ensure to do his job with a huge smile. Thank you for doing your job with such a passion. You are great at what you do !
Ok place to grab a quick bite ... UPDATE: Just took my mom there for her birthday...food was awful, this place has gone down the tubes!! My French Onion soup was almost clear, hardly any onions or cheese...my mom's tomato soup was watered down w/ , I think, milk. It was very light in color & tasted bland. She asked for no tomatoes on her salad & they just picked them off instead of making a new salad (she can't have any seeds cuz of health reasons) . I ordered a Perfect Margarita & I could hardly taste any tequila in it. Will probably never go back unless I hear of improvements. Also we went at noon & the parking lot was practically empty, & also when we left it was empty also...that is not a good sign...waste of money!!
We were traveling from CT to TN, it was dinner time and Applebee's was listed on the interstate sign. Truthfully I'm not sure what town we were near. We had great, quick service. The food was awesome, very delicious! We were stuffed and got back on the road. Not all Applebee's are the same, this location was exceptional!
I hadn't been to applebees in 5 years, when I decided to take my toddler out for lunch today because it was near shopping we were doing. I ordered an old favorite, something I had gotten many years ago the crispy chicken salad. It was ok. But half the size it used to be and the breadstick was definitely deep fried then sitting under a lamp. Found rotten greens in it too. My toddler loves noodles. So I got her the chicken Alfredo and it was literally just greasy, bland noodles with canned chicken in it. Absolutely foul. She didn't even eat it after trying it. Server was very cool, nice and everything. It just is bad food.
